Some hopeless ladies manage helpdesk. They don't even know who has transferred money for doctor's appointment. I really wonder what sort of help they provide. They don't even try to explain patients clearly on the need asked by patients. Doctors are good but the hospital admin is the worst.

I am very great full to this center.The treatment of my son is running. It will take more time to recover. But day by day he is feeling better now than previous days. In lock down period I felt many problems but one of the officer of this center keep me tension free. All the stuff are well behaved. I want to suggest allergy and asthma related patients to contact with this centre without wondering.

I am very much surprised to see that Dr. Sujit Basak without examine the patient very much interested with the unnecessary medical test. Visited today with my wife for minor allergy purposes without going details he advise us for some blood test costing around Rs.7200/- and after test only he will provide medicine. It's mean doctor fees 700/- plus Blood test Rs.7200/- a total of minimum Rs.7900/- require for initial treatment at Allergy centre. I am observing it is going on for every patient. My object is first you provide initial medicine for 3 to 4 days and after that if the outcome is not good then go for test. From my observation it is one kind of monopoly going on and the centre should hang a notice that with doctor fees minimum such amount require for testing purpose and only after that doctor will provide medicine etc . Then everybody will be prepared with the minimum budgeted amount.I will also request our medical board to comment our observations and correct me if I am wrong.

I had asthma when i was a child and after seeing several doctors over the years and not getting results, i finally went to visit Dr. Arijit das in Allergy & asthma center. I was his patient for 5 long years.. now i am fully fit.. i don't have asthma anymore.

Atleast doctors diagnosis is good but management is there to ruin your day...only if you are brave enough then you can win,otherwise they try to put blame on you...bunch of shameless staff...

Doctors are good. Treatment also good, but the stuff are very unprofessional, for showing reports to doctor need doctors fees, and waiting hours is 2hrs, no ac or fan in waiting area. They only understand money not patients comfort. Better to go other doctor.

Worst management Dr sujit Basak is a money minded doctor there without any reason he gave test of 12,500 which was absolutely non sense and waste of money and moreover they provide useless immunotherapy which is very costly overall they are running a good business of generating money but not curing the patient and providing only anti allergy tablets and spray which local physicians also prescribe without useless tests my 14000 got wasted without any reason so please be aware this place is a loot

I am patient of Dr Sujit Basak. I have received Treatment for about 3 years.. But no improvement till nau. I take inhaler daily.. Vacation efficacy zero.. Vacation is total waste of money. There is no permanent solution in this clinic..

Dr, is very Good , treatment is no doubt good. But staff & management is third class, they don't know the value of time. They give appointment but after payment they cross 2-3 hours late. Staffs favor their known peoples and relatives. I wish the authority should takes proper steps against the people who called the patient name unfairly.

I am being treated for dust and seasonal allergy for the past 4 years by Dr. Ayan Sikdar. I have recovered from the health problem , Dr Sikdar is a nice Human being and solves every queries , and thus a great DOCTOR. The staffs of the institute are very helpful.

Very good centre for Allergy and Asthma treatment .Here you can diagnose your problem through so many tests...and the Doctors are very good and well behaves...and all the staffs are well behaved and helpful minded.😊.I am also a patient of this centre and very satisfied about my treatment. 😊

Wow their staffs have the Audacity to lie. In my review where I have described the poor experience my mother faced , they replied and replied with a lie. They never called my mother after bill generation. Well, no . They did not. My mother was waiting patiently but nobody called her. Thank you liars. They think they could churn so much money by simply being their own oversmart selves?? It's the doctor for whom people visit the place. Had it not been so, nobody would have known that building Even!!

Bad experience from patients.just business oriented.very costly.

One of the worst experiences ever. 5 stars rating now seems to be paid ones, cause my family and I couldn't even move till the doctor's chamber. We're given the appointment of 2:30pm and we're asked to still wait at 5:30pm, where we had a serial of after 6 people. Pretty sure they were doing some kind of proxy entries. On top of that when tried to get an update on how many patients left, the staff were feeling extremely disturbed as if we've committed some kind of crime asking them that. Staff and the entire management is extremely unprofessional and doesn't know how to talk to patients. Never going to suggest this place to anyone. Cause if you come here with a healthy mind n body, you'll definitely go back falling ill.

Till now they didn't correct their contact numbers in their web pages. Also they don't replies back in emails given in their web pages. And when i am trying to get appointment on their website link there is also an issu ... After submitting all details you will not get any confirmation detail.

Worse place ever. Literally scamming poorpeople. They will charge you 700 for a visit just to tell you that you have to undergo 11 to 12 tests which will cost you around 12,000 rs to 13, 000 rs. people were literally being scammed in the name of medication. Please be ready with 20 to 30 k if youe planning to visit.

Worst place to go for treatment. I will never recommend this hospital due to wrost treatment. They are not care about the patient condition, they just pay attention on the money. Staff behaviour is very rude.

This clinic always offers the best diagnosis in Kolkata . I always heard from many doctors that allergy and especially asthma is not at all curable. But this clinic makes this statement wrong. I have been under treatment since 2009 and I'm fully cured only because of Sir Dr. Arijit Das. Now my son has been under treatment and he's gradually improving with the advice of Dr. Sourav Das. He always provides proper medical advice even during odd hours and in case of emergencies. I would also like to mention that Mr. Goswami's humble guidance will help reduce stress during tough times.

Allergy Vaccine has really worked miracles on me. The supervisor of the branch is really helpful, sometimes I'm not available at Kolkata still he manages to personally order the vaccine for me through online payment. Love the kind support, keep it up!
