Dealt with both Mohammed and Mohammed Owais in trying to wrangle a very high demand train ticket. I was being very unclear and indecisive, and both of the guys were exceptionally patient and helpful. Fully transparent in terms of what their commission was for booking the ticket. They both spoke perfect English, and just seemed like good dudes. This is one of the fraud currency exchange shops in this area. I went there for exchanging Dollar to INR. Initially they agreed to provide me 82.5 as exchange rate. After started counting the dollers they started telling they can give only 78 as exchange rate as the notes were not very clean, though the notes were given by them only 2 months earlier. So you cannot rely on them. Any time they can change mind and deny what they have told earlier. Thing twice before visiting the shop.
