We all know TATA and it's Brand Tanishq Reputation and Goodwill in Market.But today the Horrible episode that we had to Experience at Bowbazar Tanishq Kolkata Centre was beyond words that too by there Floor manager!! Piyali Dey!! Just wondering this the way they treat there customers at there shop?Ms Piyali Dey Floor Manager was seen taking photos of customers without there consent hiding herself in the stairs case above when we were at Payment counter !! Which we strongly condemned for her wrong act..

There were some technical issues. You have not saved my address proof so I had to go home and send it. I gave you a 5 gramme Tanishq coin of 24 karat. But in exchange I purchased a chain. I had to pay Rs 1830 for this exchange.I WAS GIVEN TO UNDERSTAND THAT A COIN COULD BE SOLD AT LOCAL VALUE BUT YOU ARE NOT ACCEPTING AND PAYING CASH. Behaviour of team tanishq at Bowbazar store is very appreciable specially Avijit and Piyali. Both are very cordial and sincere to their jobs. Design of the articles are very much eye catching but the making charge is comparatively high.

The thing I most like about Tanishq is that despite being one of the most renowned jewellery brands in India, they don't brag like some of Kolkata's big jewellery houses. The staffs are highly professional and polite. They give similar attention to a customer looking for Rs. 20k jewellery as compared to a customer spending 5 lakh. Professionalism and elegance is two of the mantras they follow, I feel.
