Behaviour or staff is really bad and waiting time is very high. For an ultrasound we had to wait for 2.45 hours today. They have 3 machines of ultrasound but only one doctor was available to do the scans. I think the rest of the reviews are fake. As the staff here donot take the patient's feedback properly. Poor management because of staff shortage. Staff name was Gulshan and Sana. Pathetic management poor service too. I don't know why doctor prefer sonoscan only. Management should highly give priority to appointment process.

In the busiest of hour there is only one receptionist to handle the customers. There should be atleast 3 counters for the same.

I have visited Sonoscan many times for both diagnostic test and OPD. The over all services are good and staffs are very polite and helpful. Just one thing, it will be good if they provide 20% discount on diagnose test like they had before.

Good digonostic center on CIT road. The place is not very far from Park circus crossing. Chittaranjan hospital is very near to it. Just opposite to Sonoscan you will find Union bank of India. Ladies park is on the other side of the road. Life care blood bank is few minutes walk towards north. Apart from 'Nepal Chandra Sweets ' , a very popular Indian style snack store is located nearby, where hot kochories and potato curry 🍛 😋 is available at a meager price.

They don't tell you the correct timing for tests, then when you go there, they don't care about senior citizens and thier problems. I've taken my patient here, she is already migraine patient with thyroid and multiple issues, waiting for empty stomach USG from 12.30 to 3 p.m. n still no one is caring about it.

The ambience of the Centre is healthy. Indoors are really neat & clean and advanced technique to take Samples aseptically. The well behaviour of the service providers may draw your special attention. Overall, it is an ideal place to perform any Hematological, Biochemical, Pathological or Radiological Investigations comfortably.

I would 5star rating for the ambiance, staffs, doctors, cleanliness (apart from the restroom) I think it should be more clean because people using washroom often mess up with the toilet seat and toilet paper.

It's disgusting that you have to take a token and sit for hours just to ask about a particular test from reception, they are too busy to give information about something and having lots of time to fun around. I have never seen any hospital/nursing home/diagnosis centre/multiple clinics giving token for talking to reception, that is horribly disgusting and troulblesome to the patient. Very very rude and arrogant staff talking to patient and their caregivers in a very disrespectful manner.

Wide range of diagnostic services available at competitive prices. Well maintained, neat and clean place. Cons: Charges Rs. 30 extra for registration every 15 days for all OPD appointments. Mismanagement in maintaining queues. Serial no given at the time of booking is not followed.

Sono Scan considered to be the trusted brand among the residence of central Kolkata for its exclusive accuracy in all types of diagnosis. Have recently visited there but found something that caught my attention, was a cleaner who was sweeping the floor with a mop *filthy enough* in itself to spread numerous diseases. On top of which it was used and squeezed using bear hands in a bucket full of black water. Sad to see such a situation during Covid times, when hygiene is of utmost importance. The employees here are very rude and unprofessional especially Ms Sana, who doesn’t have the relevant knowledge of the how the industry works. I don’t know what training or guidance the company provides to their employees before putting them on the floor to serve their customers. It was a complete waste of our time and the funny part is I am paying for this kind of service which is hilarious and annoying. Sonoscan Diagnostic Centre at Ladies Park near Park Circus is one of the best Diagnostics Centres. The best part is that the staffs are very co-operative and friendly too. The results are accurate, the centre is well maintained, and they have well trained staff.

Overall it was good, the staffs were also polite but I was not satisfied with the report timing as the reports are very late and we have to postponed the appointment date with the doctor.

Today and even in past when I had visited Sonoscan to get tests of my mother done, I noticedsecurity guards standing at the gate and lift for whole day. They are also human beings. Atleast provide them chairs to sit on. This is completely inhumane. Kindly treat them respectfully and provide chairs to them to sit upon. It is very difficult for a person to stand whole day. Your action in this regard shall be highly appreciated. Edit : No issue with service provided. Service is good. Edit1 : Still if you could provide them chairs to sit on then they will have some comfort.

MRI discount on Sunday and Thursday. Will you clear me, in which ground you are applying discount?? It was a good experience to me. Though we had to wait 2hrs apprx for MRI, all over we are satisfied.

Early morning Pathological tests are really fast, but later during the day you just have to wait over 2 hours for any other test. This place is really nice and their service is also pretty good, the only down side is that this diagnostic centre is pretty medium in size and when alot of people visits at the same time you are booked there for the entire day.

I did my son's medical tests. The tests were done at home with utmost care. The representative was on time and was very professional. He was very well-behaved and polite. I will definitely recommend Sonoscan as the one stop solution for our diagnostic needs. Keep up the good work.

Overall service is good but the reception staff should have the information of the doctors and staffs timing because they said me to come 8 am even though I said them that the examination team will come 8:30 am to 9 am from my past experience, but he (reception boy) said we have other USG team is available at 8 am so come 8am. But as expected the team was not there and we need to wait for 40 min. So please improve this everyone doesn't have too much time to seat and wait .

Dr.somodyuoti Chandra, visited her,seems to be very busy with herself,like she was waiting for someone to come or what, again and again she was attending her calls,she discussed and asked my problems,but it was too hurry,that I forgot to tell my other problems and i came home just because she was in too hurry she called other patient.and I'll never going to visit her🙏.thank you

Dr.H Akhtar Very arrogant doctor. The only thing he cares about is money he doesn’t listen to the patient problem properly. When i visit to show to him the test reports he doesn’t even sees it properly and told me : “jaldi niklo dusra patient ko aane do” , i barely took his 2 minutes.

Mr. Abhijit Roy is a very good technician. C.T. angiography coronary. He attended the patient Sukanta Ghosh for the aforementioned test on 12/09/22 at 8.30am, and done his job very professionally.

Worst customer care, I called them for booking. The lady who attended my call was so rude and told me whenever the slot available will let you know, I request for today ,however she inform me very rudely it's their wish and whenever slot empty. They will let you know.. Seriously, our money and time it's not important. I called them first time and this is the service.

very very bad my experience aas worst for usg they call me at 10 am with an empty stomach and i wait till 3 just the usg..... coz dr is not available he is in lunch break..... just wow see how they make u fool and making u wait for so long.... they don't even care about the patient who is Waiting with an empty stomach

This is a place of thugs with unqualified people Don't go over the Google ratings .For Google ratings they send their beautiful female staff so that customer can give them 5 stars by getting flaunted by their beauty . The one who is sitting on the counter & handling patients are juniors with zero knowledge & experience while the seniors hang out and have fun. There is a room in which the senior employee of the company have fun with zero work. The management should check this out & take serious action against such corruption as company will loose their customers very quickly. There should be senior employees handling the patient over the counter . Instead of sending beautiful female staff for ratings the head of the company should take care of the senior employees who does nothing except sitting & having fun.

Look at this picture one of their employee is almost sleeping while being on work. Is this is discipline ? Those staff who is there handling patients has no knowledge of the prescription & the test , they gets up from the counter millions of time to even confirm a normal test. Atleast appoint people with basic understanding of the tests or let the senior employee sit on the counter with basic knowledge for handling patient's queries. Charging such higher amount of the test but quality of report & service is so poor . Pathetic Diagnostic centre. If there will be any award of being pathetic & disaster it would be for Sonoscan. One of their female staff came to me requesting to post google rating when I've asked her she has disclosed that sonoscan send their female staff forcefully to collect ratings. If they don't do so then they warn that they will take away their job. Poor Girls facing such harassment They are performing like beggars for rating & reviews Shameless behaviour I'll definitely talk to the managing director about this matter . It’s seem to be good but doctor are not on time we are waiting for half and but still doctors not available. My advise is please come on time because every one time is value.
