0/10. Kaya, Kolkata, Loudon street branch is the worst. I had to wait for 2.5 hours for my turn. I had a confirmed booking of 4pm but they only provided me the services at 6.30pm. I had previously notified them of my another prior commitment at 5 pm and I had to miss it because of them. They are extremely unprofessional and ill mannered. They allot the same slot to multiple people and then claim they are not at fault for the delay that arises. Why should I have to wait for 2.5 hours when I had a confirmed pre booked slot? This is not the first time I have had to face this problem. Even after several complaints over the years, they have turned a deaf ear. Their customer services are highly questionable. all the employees keep conversing behind their desk and are highly incompetent. Would never recommend one to choose Kaya. I want immediate compensation for this repetitive behaviour and the damages I had to face because of their lack of time management.

Clinic Manager Sangita Purkayastha is extremely rude to the clients and isn’t understanding. Overall the staff is good, but her ego and lack of being able to apologise is tarnishing the name of the clinic. Sad to be a customer for over 12 years and now owing to one person’s stupidity, I will never go back to this outlet. Something that’s supposed to be clean and relaxing environment, with her, it most definitely is not. Well you just missed 2 packages that I was going to sign up for, thankfully for me though I won’t be missing anything.

Great service by Rinti. My skin looks younger with their laser hair reduction and dark circle peels. Thank you so much for the pain-free experience even with thick hairs.

Susmita Roy is the person with whom i take my laser sections and would alwys prefer her. She is the best in her job amd gives you perfect sessions.. She is very knowledgeable for what she does and will always suggest the best for you.. Loudon Street Kaya means only Susmita Roy!

While the laser might be a good service to avail, there’s really no point when the staff has 0 value for your time. Despite having booked an appointment a month prior, they keep you waiting for 2 hours because they’re so mismanaged and overbooked- they try handling multiple clients and share machines- leave you unattended in the room for over an hour without the courtesy of even asking for tea or coffee. Kaya Delhi is such a better place to avail services - I would never recommend this place

I wish I could give zero stars, I visited kaya south extension Delhi, Galleria Gurgaon, but never seems such pathetic services from KAYA LOUDEN, KOLKATA, I had booked my session on 3 days beforehand, but once I reached there they keep me waiting for 30 mins, after waiting so long I asked them to cancel my session bcoz I have to go back my place, they simply say okay we can cancel...what bad behavior from staff they didn't speak a single word of apologizing, staffs are always kept chatting behind the front task they are so busy in their personal chat, they didn't offer me a bag for the product. I have taken one product from them and they just hand it over in my hand... Services were average, the Doctor is good, but again BT was pathetic, she not even applied sunscreen to my session properly, she is so much in the rush that she did not even offer me a mirror to see changes after the session. The staffs are seriously so bad. Kaya, I want my compensation asap. give me one extra good service for that. We invest more for this not only for a good session but also a good service from your staffs and treatment. Plz don't visit KAYA LOUDEN KOLKATA it's horrible... I think so laser hair reduction is just a hoax they are just cheating in the name of lasers y do they lie I m in depression the moment I'm taking laser from kaya they just want more and more sessions they will never want that their client get good results

Very disappointed ☹️ with the way patient is treated. There are nothing but robbers as they keep adding extra packages & product saying that it is required at this moment after you have been assured that the present package which you had bought should have taken care off your issues. Even the Dr. present act very aloof. It is something which one should avoid if they want there peace.

I have been taking my sessions from different therapists till I found Brihi. She does her work precisely and makes me feel comfortable. Though Kaya has a reputation for not maintaining it's service quality throughout the year, atleast not in Kolkata.

Worst experience of my life. I got Kaya Signature facial done from this clinic in February, on the recommendation of the doctor, The very next day my skin started looking dull instead of giving the glow. First of all they don't have any brochure with a price range, they charge any amount they wish fooling their customer. I don't know what they did wrong in the facial which triggered and i developed LPP on my whole face and neck. During the time of black head removal, the attendant removed it so badly and with so much pressure that it left a big black mark on my nose, which took almost 3 months to fade. Till date i am suffering from LPP and visiting a professional dermat to get it cured. Very inexperienced doctor and staff.

I even don't want to give a single star to this clinic. So terrible staff is there. They don't consider customer comfort during laser session. I told her many times that it's burning a lot and I'm having so much sensitive skin but still my attended was so terrible. The way they give you shots you feel like no you are not human....I am so disappointed with the service done here.. they don't even pay attention on heigene. Very bad quality Razer they used...I must say I made mistake to take my session at louden street Kaya clinic. My experience was so so good at lucknow Kaya clinic but here they ruined all the image which I created about Kaya clinic.

Not worth the price. Facial services really not good and please dont go for installment payment, they dnt have proper summary for that except third party slip. They will write it in sheet of paper and tell you that's the total amount which you have to pay and the worse part they randomly schedule your appointment without your knowledge. I personally never suggest anyone to visit this branch.

I booked my laser appointment a few months ago and recently came for my 3rd sitting. It took me some time to write down a review but I’m all praises for the staff as well as the service. Excellent pricing for the services provided. Excellent staff. Special mention to Dr. Swaati, Ms. Shashi and Subhajit Chakraborty. They’ve been the absolute best through the entire process. Extremely accommodating as well as comforting staff at Kaya! Thank you for the wonderful experience.

I had a very unpleasant experience. My mother had visited the louden street Kaya outlet in Kolkata on 29th Oct, 2021. I was also present at that time to avail another service. My mother was being attended by a doctor and a Kaya helper(Rintee), the Kaya helper was extremely casual, hence spilled over the chemical peel in and around her eyes while neutralising it, as a result she had immense pain and irritation with blurred vision post that. We rushed her to an ophthalmologist. This kind of service or causality is completely appalling and unacceptable. She recovered within a week. This second part of my review has been added after more than a year of availing their services and i felt the need to edit it. Apart from a few who seem to be in a rush to complete the job, a special mention about the stupendous hospitality by Sangita who is extremely helpful with all the information that one needs and Dr. Pinki is the best one around for all the services, Sashi is really humble and approachable when it comes to adjusting appointment dates and timings, i was quite happy with the services after that one incident which was bitter. I continue to visit the Kaya Louden street, the employees of which have now become like family.

Swapna and Dr.Hasina provides me best quality of service. I am quite pleased with their service and suggestions. My skin also regenerated from the dullness and i can feel the change..

Worst service ever. Walked in after making an appointment for facial 1145 am. Reached 11:35 and then waited till 12:08 pm till someone even came for facial. People are busy on phones , no one cares. Horrible. Never coming back

Good experience with laser hair removal treatment. Special mention to Shubhojit, who does a great job with the laser treatment, would definitely recommend him! Downside: the services are overpriced if you don’t take the packages.

I did not like this place. I needed a simple cuoterisation . They made a fuss and gave n number of reasons why they couldn’t do it.

Kaya is a waste of money. The laser hair removal did not work because of staff negligence. And now nobody is taking responsibility. Customer service is bad. Do not go with Kaya for laser hair removal.

The service is great over here in this clinic. I have taken Qswitch laser and peel treatments (twice) and you must visit the clinic to get better results. Subhajit Chakraborty has helped in my services very well and he is very sincere at his work. A must visit place. A second service has been taken from Ms Sneha Dey. She is a lovely person and professional as well. Happy to take service for her. Wish her luck.

Recently i opted for full body laser hair removal package and got it in a very exiting price. They promised me 6 sessions. But after 2 sessions only i am getting wonderful results. I just want to share my experience that since very long i am takeing services in kaya louden street clinic and i am very happy and satisfied with service and clinic environment especially i want to mention Diya and sneha there are very good in service and also there recommendations was excellent. I love to visit louden street clinic because of there are very helpful.

I am satisfied with their services. It is really professional, the way they treat the clients. They are well trained and patient too. Staff named Risita Bhattacharjee handled me with great sensitivities, kept asking if I was bothered by anything at all by any step of the procedures.

The management at Kaya Louden has become most ineffective. Whenever u go back for ur service after a long gap, they'll say ur sessions are over. I spoke to the management 5 days back over the phone and I had 3 sessions for facial left..and today my sessions are over according to them. They refuse to give u a record of how many services have been taken by you in a package. Looks like It's become a money minting racket.
