Yesterday I visited imagine shop at South City, Kolkata around 7:30-7:45pm to purchase an i phone 13 for my son. A sales personnel named *Sandeep* showed me the phone and influenced me repeatedly for taking insurance, as I was not interested. After knowing it he slowed his work, continue chat with colleagues and take another customer's bill .... That time I felt so insulting, i had to left the store immediately... But I can't do cause it was my son's desire. Sandeep takes just 1 and half hour with the other customer to complete the deal. And I was standing.... Take this complain as advice too..... Don't insult any customer anyway. And yes i took that I phone 13 at about 9:15pm.

Have been to this place and bought my Ipad Pro from here. It's on the ground floor of the mall. They were super quick to show us everything and pack it up. Also bought tempered glass. Varieties of iphone,Macbooks and Ipads were in stock. I will recommend calling them before visiting. They might not always have everything in stock.

Recently went to purchase iPhone 14. The staff behaviour is awful. No one had the wish to help. There was a guy in Spectacles, the moment a trainee gave a hint to the guy to assist us he just smirked and walked away. The trainee was already assisting a customer. He was trying still help however information was not sufficient. It was 4.30-5pm that too the store is in one of the very busy mall of Kolkata- south city. One more point the store doesn’t even has a wifi to set it up the phone. We had to share hotspot so the bechara trainee can set up the phone. The same “Imagine” is the largest Premium reseller of iPhone. But the staff is the least helpful just like government offices. Too lazy to work during office hours. What a shame! If you even have a store manager and reading this please make an effort to have a better customer experience. This is not what they expect, coz it your job to provide service and not chitchat.

I exchanged my old iphone & purchased iPhone-14 & they had all the new models.. Interaction was nice.. Wish they gave more discount for my old model exchange, felt it was less compared to other stores or online prices & I had to buy anyways.. Overall good experience I would say..

Good Service & Staff Behaviour One of the best Apple Stores in Kolkata

Recently I have purchased MacBook Air from South City mall, Kolkata Imagine store. After buying this product I have found that display of my MacBook Air is defective within 1.5 months. So I contacted with the South City mall Imagine store to replace the dispute product and they suggest me to visit their services center which is at Elgin Road, Kolkata 700020. From there I came to know the display is abruptly defective and they told me to visit the South City mall Imagine store if I want whole product replacement. So I went through the South City mall Imagine store to ask whole product replacement but they refuse to replace. After that I have decided to left the product over thair store and I am also do same. Overall experience is worst.

I went there yesterday to buy iPhone 13 and wanted to trade in my iPhone XR. The lady at he store used the Cashify app to put false information on the system to reduce my trade in value. My old phone was in pristine condition and she selected options like cannot make calls, display problem, scratches, etc. As she couldn’t find a single scratch on my phone, she used her nails to make some scratches. Looking at this fraud, I dropped the idea of buying a phone from them.

The pre booking and purchase was smooth.Special mentions to Subhankar( Tresor ) and Abhijit ( HDFC ). my purchase went smooth,the product needed no breifing still they helped a lot. Informed me ahen the stock arrived and delivered. Did not push products on us. Gave demos on several products which my mother liked.

This is my second macbook pro purchase from this store. However I am quite surprise regarding the reluctant behaviour of salespeople here. Initially when I visited the store back in 2020 may - june it was quite nice and people who deal customer were really nice. May be next time I will look forward to buy it from other store or other authorised seller of Apple.

The store is same as all other apple stores. They maintain good covid protocols. The only issue I felt with this store is unavailability of low range products. But if you want a call back once the product is available they religiously calls you back.

Great place to buy apple products. Sales staffs are well behaved and most importantly educated about the apple products. I would like to take 2 names: Atish & Subhankar , both has been extremely courteous towards me and Atish was extremely dedicated in serving me.

Visited the store on 03.10.2022. Not happy at all as compared to my previous experience with Currents Store where I purchased my first MacBook in 2015. Did not get the same feeling in South City Imagine Apple store. No proper explanation of the product. Just interested to sell the product as quickly as possible. The store was understaffed as well. Missing the cordial behaviour from the staffs.The staffs were not attentive enough towards customer needs.The famous Apple Showroom experience was completely missing. Deterioration of the staff service which normally we expect from any retail Store. To conclude --- NOT SATISFIED

Recently visited this store to buy i phone. Staff behaviour was very bad.They were not interested in talking. A lady executive was very impolite when i asked about my requirement. I would prefer choosing some other store, where staffs are well trained and well behaved.

Recently visited this outlet but experience is horrible. One of their staff name Mohan (his name came to know From other staff )behaviour towards me is really awful 😞 his behaviour is like u can't purchased iPhone which is very shameful for me became an iPhone user since 2015 he didn't answer my questions properly his attitude like he is the owner. This is not acceptable from iphone store.

Today I went here to fulfill a small dream of me, that is none other than the Mac Book Pro. They told me to pay the full amount first, as usual I did so, they gave me the bill, I was happy with the bill and whenever I stood there I opened the packet and saw the scratch out side, I said no, they opened another box and scratched that too, this time I said no, then they explained me for about 30 minutes and said the full amount will be refunded within 7 working days. I still could not understand what kind of service it is. Shame Imagine

Worst worst behaviour of sales team...Instead of thinking themselves as salesman or saleswoman they are in the notion of thinking themselves as the CEO of APPLE...went to buy macbook pro 14" from them and after looking at their attitude I bought it from crome...it costed me lesser in croma as well..google please introduce negative rankings in reviews, this place deserves one of those negative rankings...

This is generally a well stocked store and most of the salespersons are very well behaved. However the knowledge about the products and the ability to provide unbiased comparisons is not that great. You pretty much have to rely on your own research when it comes to choosing the right product for your needs. The cross selling tendency can also be scaled down a bit. As a customer my experience has been quite satisfying so far.

Well maintained showroom with variety of Apple products. The staffs are really helpful here. I recently moved from Android to IOS and the staff were patient enough to explain me all the nook and canny that one needs to know.

Poor customer service. The store is usually crowded with spectators, who mob the phones, gaping at them like they belong to some different species. The salespeople are least interested to attract potential customers or help buyers . Their attitude is unnecessarily cocky, and the only job they seem to actually have is try and sell the exorbitantly priced third party accessories (covers, screen guards, etc) . Please do your shopping elsewhere, the experience here is trash.

When you are dealing with the brand Apple you need to be more co operative and friendly. In store collection is not that great. Information regarding any sort of service is also not satisfactory.

This was my first time doing a trade in of my old macbook and buying a new one.I was very sceptic because this was my first time doing an apple trade in,but the staff here made it so easy ans convenient for me,guiding me in every step.They were constantly warm and welcoming,gave me all the right advices and answered all my questions with patience.Everyone is very friendly.I will highly recommend this store.

Nice outlet for new apple products. Well behaved courteous helpful staffs. Nice ambience. Most products present in display, u can try as per your convenience. Students discount present only on macbook from their imagine store. While on ipad one needs to get verified from unidays or apple website directly. They also exchange old devices, old mobiles , old tablets , though return price is not very high. They nag for the insurance (1 assist) of newly bought device. This covers breakage and liquid spillage damage For ipads i think its not worth, for iphones it is. U tend to use mobiles more & roughly also we take mobile outdoors. Ipads mostly used at home on bed or tables or sofa.

Purchased my iPhone 14 from this store. The staffs are informative and helpful. Best part is if you are visiting the store they won’t nag you at every step to push sale and you will have enough of time to go through the phones and make a decision peacefully.

Had the worst experience ever. They don't know or I am not sure if they are properly trained on handling customers. Really disappointed with south city branch sales team of imagine. They just don't know how to talk with customers, I went there to buy a phone their behaviour was such as if they are doing a favour selling me the phone. Ridiculous experience I am really annoyed with the behaviour.

I visited this store to buy an iPhone 13. But, the sales executive there was not interested to talk to me. When I asked about transferring my eSIM and trading my existing iPhone, they gave me misleading information about the process. I was not convinced and requested to talk to a more senior executive . But, the person who was attending to me told me that everyone was busy… Overall, I got a very negative vibe from the store. I bought the device from Reliance Digital at a better price and got a much better deal while trading my old iPhone. Moreover, the store experience was much better. I was able to swiftly migrate my eSIM to the new device. I have informed Apple about this particular incident. They told me that there is not much they can do about the retail stores. But, they were sorry about my experience. And, gave me all the answers regarding my purchase over phone. I would not recommend visiting this iMagine outlet.

Just an okay store. Most of all the staff are well behaved and humble, except Subhankar. If you meet him, turn around and run as if you speak a single word with him it will ruin your day. He is arrogant, ill mannered and lacks basic knowledge about any form of technology. His only goal is to make commission and doesn't care about customer experience!

Customised iPad, Mac to engraving iPad, Airpods, Apple Pencil with introduced Educational Discount was super. ● Downside of the authorised seller is you won't get free Airpods from and they don't provide free engraving as well. $$$ About imagine, it is really cool and yeah like other physical store it also well organised with well behaved apple specialists. I went here to ask about an Ipad , while I was explaining my concern to one of the staffs he suddenly went to attend another guest who entered the store. I was quite offended by his behaviour hence I went aside to discuss with my husband on whether I should buy things from here just then he suddenly appeared behind us listening to our conversation. I think staff here are untrained and illiterate and not educated at all and they know very well how to miss-behave.

Very bad service. The salespeople working there refused to answer our query. They attended us on being called for atleast 4 times. Also they appeared to be really rude. Very bad service and they should be replaced by better professionals who value their customers. They were talking amongst themselves for most of the time. I went to buy a MacBook, but due to their bad behavior I didn't feel like buying from them.
