Worst hospital..I was admitted there for gallstone surgery...Most unprofessional and inhuman behaviour of OT technician faced by me... You are not safe if admitted in this hospital..I had reached to the administration but they are denying each and every matter...nurses and Doctors are good...but OT technicians and administration are pathetic... please don't get admitted in this hospital..

Doctors and Nurses are very friendly and caring. Patients need not to worry about it as they will treat you with utmost care. Charges are ok here.

I was admitted on 26th September 2021 for delivery. My doctor suggested to admit in maternity ward as the nurses and ayas don’t take a good care of a patient in cabins. But my experience in maternity ward was worst, nothing can be worst than the experience in maternity ward. 1. Don’t have sufficient nurses to take care of 15-17 patients in a ward 2. Nurses are always busy with the paper work, they haven’t time and patience to take care of mother and child which is their primary job 3. Can’t provide extra pillow, dress, towel and sandals 4. Nurses are making fun of patients in front of all the patients and nurses 5. There was a patient admitted in the maternity ward who was not suppose to admit in maternity ward was asking for bedpan after her operation. After asking for so many times she got it and when it was time to remove it she had to beg for again and again. 6. They are not allowing any outsiders to touch the baby but not changing the bed and cloths for 3 days. Now you can guess the hygiene treatment. It was my first time in any hospital, my family and friends suggested me to admit in Divine nursing home because of their service but I think the quality is declining.

My father's bill was over two lakh rupees in four days. They tried to keep my father for a while but I wouldn't let him. I moved to another nursing home. When your bill goes up, they will tell you to buy medicine from outside and get all the reports from outside. I don't think you should go to this nursing home without a millionaire. If the language is difficult to understand in English, copy this language and go to Google Translate and select the language of your choice. The only people here who have given good reviews are the staff of this nursing home. They are told to give good reviews on their own.

One of the worst hospital in kolkata. They have number of butcher doctors like Dr. Ratan Kumar Ghosh, Dr. Saurav Dutta(also an agent in SuperNova, Phoolbagan with his senior mentor Dr. Arko Basu-also a butcher), then Dr. Sonjay mondal- he is always ready with his knief to cut the people,. Pls do not go...

My mom Sukla Chanda was admitted to this hospital for gallbladder operation. Cleanliness and food service is good. But nurse behaviour is very bad. They are extremely rude and showing attitude to the patients. This is why I am giving 3 star. Rest staff and doctors are good. Hospital did not give sanitizer and new bottle to my mom which was given to other patients. Overall moderate kind of experience we had. Authority please take a look at nurses' behaviour.

Read this before being admitted in this hospital. The nurse who were in-charge of a patient had behaved not so well, in short there behaviour is not well. Even the bedsheets and toilet were not clean. They don't do behave well and without understanding the gravity of situation, they also raged on the patient. I guess after reading this feedback they should have changed their management facility, and surely do suggest the staffs to behave well with the patient. Last but not least, I advise the readers who are thinking to admit their patient here, PLEASE DON'T DO SO.

Please don't visit this Nursing Home if you want to save your loved ones.... They are careless and merciless... They literally enjoyed the show when my patient was crying in pain and don't even tried to contact us and we were waiting downstairs as the doctor was running late. Please don't visit this Nursing Home

Had worst experience with Dr.Sourabh Dutta of divine nursing Home. Disgusting behaviour to patient party on asking a query twice just to reconfirm after waiting for 8 hrs to just talk to him. The first thing a doctor should have is care, empathy and nice behaviour which helps people to have faith and satisfaction to some extent even if patient is non-curable. Words, behaviour matters a lot which is completely missing in him. Very much disappointed and disgusted with his behaviour and would never suggest anyone to him.

I have experienced the worst treatment ever not only that the hidden cost, excessive bill payment from patients, extra bed charge delayed to release to chares one day extra... Horrible. One thing most important is communication gap of most of the staff to staff. Suggest that to not admit your beloved families.

This is a worst nursing home. My laproscopy was done by Dr. Bratati Bhattacharya ( another worst person ) on 19th March 2023 at here but still now only because of that operation, I am suffering. The unsterilized instruments was used in that operation.

I am a family member of the patient Ruma Mazumder who was admitted on 30.08.22 for Laparoscopy operation and it's done successfully on 31.08.22. Immediately She was shifted to ICU. Now after visiting hours at evening, I asked your corresponding sister that should I stay now and she replied that don't required and you may go now. Same thing I have asked at Reception also. They have replied the same thing. Then I gone for home at Tobin Road, Barahnagar. Then after one hour reaching my home, someone called us to go there immediately for some medicine. We requested them to arrange that but they denied. Then I came and told her. She replied that She doesn't know anything. Then I purchased the medicine from your store. Here I asked them to provide the bill. He replied that you need to collect the bill (Amount is Rs115/-) after 4 days. Whereas patient will be discharged on 01.09.22. I am very much surprised? This is not acceptable to a reputed hospital. What about my time and money? Hope you will verify the complain for your better service. Thanks, Prasenjit Mazumder.

A lootera Nursing Home... only care money instead of patients... Providing Fake information to patient party. They love patient only at the time of admission. After that unnecessary billing, worst hygiene maintained by them. Billing centre and their head Chandan Singh only care for mediclaim. My suggestion is don't admit here if you have any other option.

A good nursing home with experienced doctors and proper infrastructure. The location is good, surroundings and interiors well maintained and also run with care. Cons: Lack of space and seating for visitors, car parking issues and narrow approach roads in front of the nursing home.

As per all mediclaim company hospital can't charge bed charge on the day of discharge but they charge me and staff says it is our rule that check out time is 9 AM after that you have to pay for 1 day extra bed charge. So be cautious.

I would like to give 5 stars for hygiene, doctors, nurses services and their behaviour. Each and every process is good but for one incident m giving 3 ⭐.... Actually one of the ICU sister named RIYA, she made fun of my disease.... M really shocked how untrained , unprofessional, pathetic staff they appointed and I have complained to the manager but no response from their side.....Rest of the staff are really good....

Worst Hospital in Kolkata. They have one service manager name Chandan who don't know how to talk with people. Atleast Hospital authority should invest some money for a qualified person instead of local bus Conductor like person Mr. Chandan.

In one line : if you have mediclaim don't go to this nursing home. Nursing home will prepare a bill which will be equivalent to apollo or Fortis. Nursing staff are good and caring, that's why I am giving 2 star.

They ask questions like Salary, net worth etc in the form which you have to fill up... Based on the answer they decide how much they will fleece a patient... They provided an estimate of 30000 for Non medical expenses for a 2 day stay

Starting from admission procedure to discharge process or behaviour of any of the staffs either receptionist, cashier, security guards or sisters or maid you name it and they do their best to listen to you and co-operate. Worst hospital ever it's just a 5star hotel they literally charge for breathing also... would never recommend anyone to get trapped in their deadly trap..... And it is a scam of other cheap hospitals to send their patients by playing with their fear... They literally used 50 diapers for a new born baby in just 3 days this is just an example they just don't care about your financial or emotional condition they will charge you for every second you breathe there. Hence I would highly recommend don't ever think of this hospital.

I had an general surgery under Dr Dk roy. The night team under female ward was very cooperative and helpful. They were always on beck and call without wasting any time. However the day team was all words no action (was too chaotic). I never got that much help from day nurses (almost nothing) as much I got from night nurses specially Falguni. She was very prompt and encouraging during my stay. I would rather expect day nurses to work like nurses not ordering any other staff members to work for them or behalf of them. Im disappointed from day team of female ward

Re: Kheya Sharma (bed-528): My wife has undergone Gallbladder removal and Herniactomy surgery here. I have had really good experience throughout the process. The nurses and other support staff were quite helpful. The floor manager Shreya Chaini was there to answer the questions we had and explain the post-discharge process.
