    My husband has one Armani Exchange watch and AX advised me to visit their place for battery replacement. First they asked me to submit the watch and when I returned they said, the watch has got rust and they can't open it. They need to do some acid treatment to open it up. Only after that they can check what actually happened and the whole process needs time about 7 days. If it's a battery replacement will cost me within 400-500, or if there is any machinery issue, will cost around 2.7k. They were trying to convince me that my 2yrs old stainless steel watch has got rust in it. It was nothing but simple dirt that every watch has commonly. I asked them to return my watch. I went to BBD Bag, in a renowned old watch repairing centre, they opened it effortlessly and replaced its Sony battery. The whole thing costs me Rs. 70. So beware!

    Such an Irresponsible and careless service centre this is.. they will do whatever they want to do and then will put everything on the company saying this is what the company sent. Pathetic service. There was a missing stone on my Fossil watch so I went here and submitted my watch on August, but after more than a month when I finally received my watch I found out, they have given a different stone where it's clearly visible that the other stones on my watch are different. And this is not the first time they did it. I had the same experience before for the same reason. They just don't care. They want us to go to their shop multiple times for their irresponsibility. Don't even admit the mistake. It's unfortunate that we don't have any other Fossil service centre in Kolkata.

    Please mention the service hour is from 11 am to 6 pm and not from 10 Am .. its misleading people except that excellent service and nice purchase experience

    Great experience at the official store. Their after sales service is excellent. My issue was resolved within minutes and it was very affordable. Mr. Bapi did a quick and efficient job. Very few watchmakers have half decent after sales service but Fossils was a pleasant surprise!

    This place offers a good variety of Fossil branded products (mostly watches). Though Fossil's products carry a high monetary value, it is responds back with a tough, durable, super long lasting quality along with luxurious branding. Besides, the staff here in the outlet are quiet hospitable, well behaved, well mannered and helpful. Talking about my experience here, it was really amazing. I was looking to buy a Fossil smartwatch and was confused between gen 5 carlyle and hybrid collider hr. I had called up the store to confirm about their timings and about the availability of products. The staff in store had also helped by getting the items sort of bike under my name without any additional booking charges. I visited the store twice to set my mind for any 1 of these and skip the dilemma. I found the staff quite helpful, attentive and hospitable. Upon asking for demos, I was shown demo of both these products without any hassle. Upon my 2nd visit i was asked whether i would want a bottle of water, and upon affirming the same i was offered one small bottle, which was really appreciating. I finally bought hybrid collider hr product and the staff helped me configuring the watch which hardly took 10 mins. I made the payment and took my sweet time get familiar with the watch and its settings. I didn't feel even once that my presence there unpleasant to the staff there, because i had already made the payment. I also accompanied my better half in the store and upon my request, the staff also helped choose a suitable model for her (though we didn't purchase the second watch), which was again a good gesture. Walk in this outlet if you're a Fossil fan and feed the beast inside you with some luxury 😉. I bet you would also be carrying the same level of satisfaction when you walk out of this Fossil store (irrespective of you making any purchase). Thanks, Goodbye!

    Beware of the service center. My friend gave a luxury smart watch for repair. They have shown utter irresponsibility in the whole process of 4 months. 1. After turning her away for 4 months, they finally revealed that the watch is LOST. Yes, they LOST the watch. 2. In order to suppress their irresponsibility of losing the watch, they made up a story that the watch has already been picked up a month ago by two random guys. When she took the slip to the shop, they were taken aback. 3. When the watch was given for repair initially, they said that it is covered under warranty for 2 years. Later, after a month, when she asked for an update, they said that the watch is covered for only 1 year warranty and she needs to pay Rs.5000 as repair cost. 4. When asked that if the watch was not under warranty, how could they make such a hefty bill amount without even intimating the customer once, they had no answer. In short, it is a pathetic store. DO NOT ever give your favorite watch for maintenance here. It may happen that you never get it back.

    Awesome place. The technician of this place, better known as 'technician Bapi', is a great service man in terms of quality and ability. We have experienced extremely critical issues which has been turned down by other technicians easily handles by him, that too with a very smiling face, which conveys a great hospitality as well..very much happy with the service.

    We went to the Fossil shop in South City Mall to reduce the wrist band of a newly purchased watch so that it fits well on the wrist. We were promptly attended by Feroz and he quickly reduced the wrist band so that the watch fits perfectly on the wrist. We were not charged anything for this and it took him 7-8 minutes to fix things. We were out of the shop in just 10 min. Appreciate the help and support. Regards Anirban

    The watch is wonderful.I had some technical issues with the armani exchange 2155 model which I bought online. Bapi Naskar from the store provided me support over call as well as guided me with few tips once I visited the store. He was very friendly and polite. Visit the store and ask for Bapi in the store.

    Visited the store quite a few times, the staff are friendly and responsive. They will quickly understand exactly what you need and follow through. Recently took my Diesel Watch over there for a service related issue. Aritra and Bapi helped me out a lot and took care of the issue immediately .

    I visited this store 2days back to alter my new MK watch. I visited 2 watch store before but they denied to do as it's not purchased from their store or their official website. Then I went this store as MK is part of Fossil. There was a employee named Mouboni she greeted me with a big smile and did the needful. Thank you Mouboni. 🥰

    Visited the store today. Vast collection to choose from. I was literally spoilt by choice. On top of this the store manager Sayan Sarkar was very helpful and knowledgeable. His behaviour and advise made the shopping experience worthwhile.

    Very pleasant experience with the sales as well as the service staff. Gave my fossil automatic 3038 model for servising as it was losing at least 15min everyday. Got back the watch is crisp working condition. All thanks to Mr Bapi Naskar, service technician, who was very helpful throughout the process. He kept the watch under observation and made the necessary "magic" to get the watch to a very satisfactory condition. Very satisfied!

    Very bad customer care service. Maintenance dept of fossil watches are very poor. Terrible experience while repairing a hybrid watch. UPDATE They LOST the hybrid watch which I submitted for repair. After 4 months of wait, when I contacted them to collect it, all I heard from them was that they don't have the watch anymore. They lost a hybrid watch worth 15,000 whcih was submitted to them for repair. Do not trust this customer care and do not buy a fossil watch from Kolkata.

    It was a very frustrating experience after I walked into the fossil service center today at south city mall. The age of my priceless possession is a little more than a year old. The seconds hand kept skipping beats . I decided to get it checked at an authorised service center. The guy at the counter told me to come after 30 mins while he planned to check the watch to see what the issue was. I went for a walk around the mall. Came back in 35 minutes but the job was still not done. He asked me to wait for 10 more minutes. I waited and waited for an hour and then he finally called me . " The battery needed to be replaced . We have done it . That's ₹415 . " He jabbered . For one , neither did he check the bill or warranty . Neither did he tell me before hand that the battery needs replacing and there will be a charge for it to seek my agreement . I told him " I don't mind paying for it but it's basic customer service to inform the customer that the battery isn't in warranty and there is a charge involved" . To this his words were " it's a general thing . Batteries are chargeable " . My question is ....where do you hire these people from ?? No decency ! No etiquettes! Zero verbal knowledge of presentability ! I urge customers to try local stores instead of going to these kind of service centers!

    Really bad service after buying a smart watch, the watch has gone for repair under warranty 3 times, each repair can take upto a month or more, and the manager Sayan is the most unapologetic and rude person i've come across, avoid shopping here I would advise!! Never buying Fossil again, especially because of the manner the manager behaves

    Pathetic Service by fossil. I have a Marshal Q smart watch to get repaired but after keeping more than 40 days they came to a conclusion that this is non repairable. I clearly said that it just a lag in home button but they have said that we know better than you, aapko bas lagta hai, hume pata hai ye theek nahi hoga. And next to fossil store another watch outlet was available n they said this is repairable and matter of 15 20mins. I don’t know if my watch is working well, just for a small repair why fossil ppl are behaving like this. The experience in Kolkata was really pathetic. And the worse part, you ppl don’t have any other service centre in this city. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE

    Went to the store (late than the usual service time which is till 6:30pm, I wasn’t aware of before) to adjust the size of my new Emporia Armani watch, instead of denying me the service Mr. Suman very kindly listened and readjusted my watch in no time, when I asked him about the service charge, he said that i don’t need to pay any amount! Never have I ever been to an outlet for repair/readjustment where they haven’t charged any fee. Thank You to Mr. Suman and the person who was at the counter!
