It has been abt month + @ the alien gym for me … It has been great experience..I have been finding excuses for any family related work in the evenings & was not keen in missing gym routine. I loved the ambience , things are maintained neat & tidy , the trainer guys & owner are super well behaved guys . I am perhaps the only senior citizen seen in the group in late evenings… though I have seen a few mid aged ladies ; wondering why the aged male members are staying away from shaping their bodies a bit …I am sure you will love it 😊

Alien gym is conveniently located at the centre of kollam city. It's very clean, high quality, and the equipment is in good condition.People are nice to others and help each other. I had a good experience and the trainers are really helpful . I would recommend everyone to come and experience yourself.
