regular
user
of
this
establishment,
mainly
the
fish
restaurant.
However
on
my
last
visit
I
experienced
a
extremely
poor
customer
service.
Up
on
arrival
we
were
promptly
given
a
table,
which
was
first
class.
We
ordered
the
drinks
(six
cocktails)
took
rather
long
time
to
arrive,
and
when
arrived
it
had
sugar
syrup
all
over
the
outside
of
the
glass.
Then
we
ordered
the
food.
As
the
time
was
passing
we
asked
few
waitresses
how
long
for
the
food,
kept
on
saying
fifteen
minutes.
After
fifty
five
minutes
later
we
decided
to
call
it
a
day
and
vacate
the
restaurant
just
paying
for
the
drinks
we
had.
Then
after
one
hour
fifteen
minutes
we
had
our
food
on
the
table
.
By
then
we
had
been
in
the
restaurant
over
three
hours.
I
wanted
to
speak
to
the
manager
about
this
poor
experience
and
the
manager
had
the
audacity
to
send
a
person
believe
to
be
a
supervisor.what
astonishing
was
there
were
two
groups
of
white
tourists
who
arrived
much
later
than
us,
were
fed
and
ready
to
leave
by
the
time
we
had
our
food
delivered
to
the
table.
Moreover
there
was
a
famous
political
figure
dining
at
same
time
whose
table
was
surrounded
by
waiters
,
waitresses
and
the
person
who
believed
to
be
the
manager.
All
in
all,
we
felt
insulated,
treated
as
second
class
citizens.
On
a
positive
note,
food
was
lovely.
