Fantastic homestay! The host family Leo and his son Dominic were most accommodating and friendly. Both spoke good english and gave us some good local advice. The rooms were fantastic, the beds were king, queen and bunks, wifi, AC and fans. All areas were a decent size and clean and the kitchen/living area nice and big too. The hosts gave us a lovely sample of there traditional food over a nice cold beer. Would definately return.

Dominic is one of the nicest person I've ever met travelling. Even though I wasn't sleeping at the place, we have had the best friendly times there. Can't recommand this place enough if you are alone and want a local to share his insights on Colombo. The place is not directly to the old district but a tuktuk to there is 10 minutes away and 1.5USD so don't think too much about it.

Calm and quiet place, just 2/3 minutes walk to the beach. Good smiling people, always wants to help.

Mr. Dominic is a very nice host. He made our stay very comfortable. The place is very nice. I recommend anyone coming to Colombo to experience ambience of the place and hospitality of the host. I give 5 star.

We loved the kitchen! There's a supermarket nearby to go shopping.
