Not recommended at all. I went with my father for channeling Dr.K ottachchi for sugar . The nurse took father to the room and asked me to wait outside and I told I too go inside and need listen what doctor saying but unfortunately nurse refused and in a short wile she asked me to come inside. I asked several questions from doctor and she replied everything already said to father when I'm outside. After that came to outside and when I'm asked My father forgot many things because he couldn't catch since he is aged. I waste my money and time. Very unprofessional.

My aunt had a heart attack and this place is the closest hospital, even though my aunt doesn’t have much money we took her to there because she was in pain, Then they did an ECG and said there is slight difference, then we had 2 options either we took another ECG after 2 hours or do some blood test which is cost 3000/- something. And I asked them to do another ECG after 2 hours and they took my Aunt to the ward. I was outside for one hour and once uncle came we went to see aunt she was laying on the bed And some nurses are watching tv and gossiping around. Then over the sudden one of the nurses said that they did that blood test since my aunt was in pain but I wasn’t informed before even I was the guardian and I was at the hospital this whole time. Then after an hour they took the next ECG and decide that it’s only because of gastric, and gave bunch of medicine and ask aunt to eat well. This happened on Friday evening and she was suffering Saturday and Sunday Then we took her to Ragama general hospital. They took here to ICU immediately and she was under medication for a week. She had a major heart attack and this place said it’s nothing. When I share this news with one of my friend, her father had the same experience with this place. They ripped off Money that’s it. they don’t care about the patients, I’m not sure if the doctors and nurses are qualified, because in the first ECG they can clearly see that it’s a heart attack.

Doctors and staff going to make tea in every time and patients have to wait about 30 to 1 hour until they finished. Very unprofessional and they are really scared to provide prescription which is having given medications to patient. Strongly not recommended..

Situated in Ja Ela, near the Rukmani Devi memorial statue. Been here a couple of times for various reasons. Doctor channelling fee is low when compared with other privately owned hospitals. They answer the phone quickly every time I call for an appointment. It's easy to get an appointment via a telephone call. My experience with this hospital is not bad, to be honest. But I think the staff could become friendly towards patients/ their customers

Newly made Hospital with ample parking spaces. Very convenient location for residents of jaela. They get some good doctors. Usual channeling fee is 1600. The staff need to put on a happy face and learn basic communicational skills. Apart from that it all ok. Staff looks grumpy.

Staff not Friendly. No proper time slot for patients. No covid preventive measures. At least not checking temperature in the front

Situated near Rukmanni Devi memorial statue in Jaela towards Colombo. Telephone operator was prompt and was clear in providing information. Unable to get channeling appointments for paediatricians via phone. OPD channeling charges are low in comparison which included the medicine charges as well. Medicine was purchased from the inhouse pharmacy but didn't handover the doctor prescription in return. There was an inhouse optician as well. Hospital was clean and waiting areas were fairly spacious. Had ample parking. Wish the staff were a bit more welcoming and friendly. X-Ray available

This is my 7th visit to ragama hospitals.Dr Deepal is the best for medicine. and its a nice place. And i like the stuff and there are very friendly

At least they should have called someone from the family For the consent and let them know how they will treat the patient first. Very pathatic, careless and bad hospital. Even the doctors were not looking patients properly. Price is too much. Today I lost a loved one due to negligence of doctors. If you are having a emergency situation, this place should be your last place to go.

So pathetic lab services.. Always issues very unusual and false lab reports.. Authorities have to pay their attention on these cheating, unprofessional so-called medical practices ( medical slums ) that try to destroy patients' and their family members' lives on behalf of money.

I was there for take medicine but i have to wait 3 hours at OPD coz they only have one doctor to do all the stuff at hospital. Please never recommend this place for any kind of treatments. Tickets are not issued property really poor service. All are busy with emergency patients but no one is there at OPD. I am really disappointed.

The worst service I ever had from PVT hospital. This is mainly because of the attitude of employees. 01st time Visited at 12:30 am on 21st Aug 22 for take and treatment related ear paining. Security person is sleeping on the entrance sofa and no clue whether they having well trained nurses comparing with Leasons & Melsta employees . I don't like to call those Ragama Hospital employees as Nurses since am pretty sure they don't know about Florence Nightingale. Damn Pethatic service is this even business are depending on their service quality. and they are not providing a prescription bill and even Doctor prescription also not letting to take out Never do a recommend this hospital to anyone in the whole world by me. If any one checking these reviews of their management, Please take an action immediately on employees attitude and remove their mobile from them during working hours

One star is too much for these people! The shadiest, laziest and the most unclean staff and place I've seen in my entire life! They messed up my finger. Now I can't even lift my finger and have to under another surgery by paying so much of money to fix it! They want only money. They don't care about people at all! I do not recommend this place to anyone!

Never Recommend . Think twice to get the service from this hospital for your loved ones. There is no accountability for patients in this hospital. Dr. Priyantha Balasuriya, a physiotherapist at this hospital, addresses the patients in a condescending manner. When I complained to the hospital administration, they were told that no action could be taken against him as he had helped the hospital a lot.

There is one doctor to look into for all the services provided .most of the time it takes more than an hour to attend the chanelling patients because of the urgent patients .. irs really a very poor service here
