Visited the apartment when my friend came from abroad. This place is pretty expensive compared to the rest of the apartments for rent but again this is a tourist Apartment. Place is clean and they sanitize the handle and lifts etc regularly. Rooms are spacious with modern amenities. They also have a gym area. Car parking is spacious with underground parking but they have some renovations going on currently in the underground. The only thing i felt was the rooms had fire alarm and the fire washer for the room was an after thought. Overall a great apartment.

Truely a wondeful apartment with well maintained and mannered staff.

No complains, no problems! Staff very polite, cooperative and humble to the guests. Building is new, located near sea view, apartments are neat & clean. Services are good. You can make your tour tension free if stay here. Mr Junaid, receiptionist , is an excellent guy.

Worst Customer support. Too much of Paper work and unnecessary terms and condition. They want to keep passport deposit untill we stay. Its Better to choose another Hotel.

Affordable price... With luxurious facilities

Very convenient place on hill street . Easy access to food outlets and other shops . The rooms were very comfortable with small kitchen and living room. Very clean . The staff were very friendly and helpful from the security to the manager who helped us in various ways . Would definitely recommend

Have stayed here multiple times since 2019 on our visits to Sri Lanka and could not recommend more. Very clean, well maintained and excellent service from all. The manager Madhava and Junaid at the front desk have been very accommodating and have met all our needs. Highly recommended if you are looking for a family friendly location close to Colombo.

Pink Elephent has potential but needs improvement. Firstly, provide better guidance to guests for a seamless experience. Secondly, reconsider rejecting non-family guests; inclusivity matters. By addressing these aspects, the hotel/apartment can create a more welcoming and inviting environment for all guests.
