Great place with lighting effects and good food...

No rating at all 😡😡😡 Very cheap management and we had night function on 14th May and all the foods were spoiled / rotten, they have tap line water it also tastes like mud, had no enough desserts and when we complained same to the manager who was there he disagreed and argued that the food was good and he was so rude (I don’t know the name to mention). They have done this even after they have increased the by huge amount than the initially agreed plate rate, but at the end we left with no justice to the money those people have spend even at a difficult time like this. Also who we will be responsible if any of guests get sick after eating their spoiled food??? I never recommend this place for a wedding as this is my and family’s second bad experience with this hotel.

Got a battered mushroom for bites Nice tasty flour batter pices with few mushroom. One more batterd dish came to table Cannot recognise what was it . But tasty. Buffet Rice was old. Taste old smel. Mentioned biriyani rice but was it yellow rice. May be chef don't know how to cook biriyani. Once half of the guest finishes there food. Buffet ran out of food for half and hour. Kitchen helper who was there with chef jacket dressed don't know what to do. He was running like a head less chicken. Even though when we requested management or chef, refused for it. After 45 minutes they brought a salad (cucumber n salad leaves ) To the empty salad station Even though its old rotten food . Dessert station ran out of Dessert. Food not stored in hot cupboards . Instantly making salads Food rotating in between the two functions which held on same time. Manager show off after one hour of request. Water in dispensers feel not filter water. They refilled not tap water but wel water tasted totally different. New staff was there which not trained or educated well. Once they start clearing they cleared everything even the guest still enjoying their food or drink. At last staff whispering, shouting in the kitchen and blaming to me why I pointed out all mistakes. Not going again to this place. Not let others to book this place

Tasty food and drink, ample parking space available

I choosed this Banquet hall for my son's wedding ceremony. This hall is situated near to jaela. Nice environmental condition.there are few man-made water ponds. Lighting arrangements also OK. Very good parking space is there. You can choose your food menu as per to your budget since so many varieties are there. Staff and the management very good and flexible with requirements.

Recently visited this place. A nice and spacious banquet hall. The food was great. However, the hall was pretty warm..it seemed as if the air conditioners were not functioning properly. Hope this issue will be rectified.

Very beayutifull place to get wedsing or engagement. You can even get a photo shoot also in there garden. There wedding arrangement is god. They have huge collection of lamp, siti back, cake etc. They have to buildings for wedding, both the buildings are good and conceot is different.

Highly recommend for wedding and any Function.. Unlimited bites... huge decorations and delicious foods.... Really everything was super and arranged well.. Friendly staff and management... Good service.. Flexible.. Thank you very much hotel white tower for everything u gave us . We enjoyed well.. The best hotel in Jaela...

A little old building from outside. Ample parking is available. Banquet hall is on the first floor but there is no lift. Visitors have to take the slope walkway to the banquet hall . Modern banquet hall has a very soothing ambience. Ample seating room and a dance floor is available. There's a good variety in the menu. Staff is very helpful.

This place suitable for your next event most of the people choose this place because reasonable price and parking space. Little bit far from the Ja ela city.

Its a banquet hall which is five minutes away from Jaela.could gather more than three hundred people ,its a good place and price for middle class wedding.meals are of course delecious .

Known for wedding functions in the area. Food quality and taste is average. Nice hall, but not too big. Washrooms are the worst part, cannot bear the smell. Average size of parking.

Went for a wedding. Bites are really good. Specially deviled pork was absolutely delicious. Buffet is average. Boutique hall was good. They had a really good lighting system.
