Very nice and clean hotel, and very well maintained. The staff spoke very good English, and explained everything very clearly. Hotel guests have free access to the onsen, and a discounted parking rate at the parking lot right next to the hotel.

The hotel was just opposite the railway station and bus terminal. The outdoor carpark was beside the main building. Another indoor multi-storey carpark was behind the hotel, but there was no covered walkway connecting the two blocks. The hotel wing was connected to the main building by two footbridges on the lobby floor and the top floor, where the onsen was. The hot spring was divided into male and female sections. The bathroom size was satisfactory. The temperature of the water was acceptable. Both had an outdoor hot water jacuzzi and a cold bath. The spring water was quite special and was running out in the drainage and a decorative stone behind the hotel. The lobby was upstairs, where the ground floor was occupied by a cafe, a souvenir shop, a convenient store, a confectionery shop, etc. The front desk staff could speak English well and were very polite, greeting guests even from a distance. Other staff were also helpful, such as the man taking care of the indoor carpark, the old lady in charge of the onsen, etc. Daily disposable items were offered free of charge at a desk in the lobby. The room size was relatively small. However, the bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, which was a good way to maintain the hygiene condition.

I stay here for 5 days and overall it is really good location and worth the price. I didn't include the onsen( hot spring bath) that is located on top of this building since I can't film there. The room is nice, clean and everything is complete. The location is perfect in front of the Tokushima Station and very near to ton of attractions and delicious sushi restaurants.

Good business hotel with a great range of amenities. There is a guest lounge, outdoor terrace, hot spring and restaurants and a convenience store in the building. Add into that the good location and onsite parking and you have a great place to stay. Each guest room also has connector cables in case you've forgotten yours.

PROS: Friendly and professional staff, clean and comfy rooms, ok spa, great breakfast CONS: Parking isn't free and slightly confusing layout VERDICT: 100% would recommend to anyone, great place Great place! wish I got to stay longer. Me and my friends (5 total) staid for a night while traveling down to Kochi. During check-in the staff was kind and professional and rooms were clean and comfortable. The spa/onsen area, although not super special, was good. The spa/onsen had a shower area, onsen (the water is pumped from a natural spring), sauna, and an outside area that had a jacuzzi (the jets weren't great) and a cold bath. The breakfast was nice, buffet style, you can sit next to a large window and people watch people near tokushima station, good amount of western and Japanese food, lots of veggies and non-meat options (I think lol). I would recommend getting the breakfast if you have the time and budget to do so! The only cons I could possibly think of is the parking and lay out of the hotel. There isn't free parking and the hotel itself does not actually have their own parking lot, but the parking is only Y800. As for the layout, I could see a lot of people getting confused finding the front desk (especially if one cannot read Japanese). Overall, the only reason I didnt give this place a 5 out of 5 is because I only stayed one night and pretty much bounced first thing in the morning, but 100% would recommend this place to anyone!

Came on a Wednesday and stayed in the east wing - twin room including breakfast for 2 at 14900 yen. Room was decent and clean - it's right next to tokushima station which is convenient but the windows are not so thick so wasn't so quiet. Onsen was nice but was very crowded at anytime we went. Breakfast was ok - had an ok mix of both Japanese and western. Location is great.

Stay at this hotel for 14 days quarantine. Room equipped with general items such as fridge, wifi, and TV. Bed sheets and amenities are available when requested. The staff can speak English and very helpful.

This place isn't exciting or luxurious, but it's well located in the center of Tokushima with convenient restaurants and shopping just outside. Also the Kansai Airport bus drops off right outside. Rooms are clean and comfortable and standard Japanese size.

I stayed here for 2 nights. It is a very good experience. Location is good, close to both bus station and JR station. There are many restaurants around here and u can easily find one for your meal. I saty in East tower, which has a special exit then just opposite to bus station,it is super convinent! Facilities are good, bathroom and toilet are seperated which is good for 2+ people stay, although I am 1. :P The indoor flip flop and clothing are comfortable, I especially like the flip flop is soft and thick but not plastic hard like other hotels. There is hot spring in 11F, and offers new towels everytime. U only need to bring the key card. The onsen saves me from tired foot next day. Some disadvantages are here. Hotel counter is in 3F, it is a bit hard to find although they already provide instrution in ground floor. People need to be careful that need to go in the mall, then take evalator to 2F, then take lift go 3F. It is considerate to have USB charge at the front of bed, however, the charging speed is slow that overnight my phone is only 35%... Suggest people use the one on book desk would be better. Highly recommend this hotel as I seldom find one hotel is high CP in price and Facilities.
