does
not
know
how
to
talk

customer

queries.
When

turn
came

the
billing
we
had
an
issue
regarding
the
coupon
issued
at
reliance
footwear.
This
person
tells
us
to
wait
and
proceed
to
bill
next
customer..
Upon

to
finish
our
turn
first,

calls
the
Reliance
footwear
and
says...
THERE
IS
A
CUSTOMER
AT
THE
COUNTER.
WHO
IS
FIGHTING
WITH
US
REGARDING
THE
COUPON.
HAVE
YOU
NOT
