It's a well developed place to spend couple of hours doing walking across the developed trail. Go to watch tower and enjoy the beauty and view of the area and greenery. Watchtower is constructed with well thought out design. It has 3 stages / level and have ample seating option for visitors. View of lake is great from 2nd level. Public toilet is well maintained and clean. Overnight stay cottages are being developed and hopefully will be available from October 2023 onwards. Please maintain the guidance and rules and ensure it remains a plastic free zone. Be civilized and don't throw your empty bottles there.

Except watch tower there is nothing much to do here. Very disappointed. Forest or lake or stay nothing is accessible. Gone with family to have a picnic, not food is allowed inside. Monkey will grab your food. Hence we cannot take any eatable. A very small area just to roam around without any destination, except the watch tower. Watch tower view is good that's it. No forest access too. Very disappointing place, driving all the way from Hyderabad to watch this place. Best we have good parks like Mrugavani National park, vanasthalipuram deer park, forest trek park in Narsingi are way better than this Narsapur Urban Forest park.

If you're in Hyderabad and seeking a peaceful escape into nature, Narsapur Forest Urban Park is an absolute gem. My recent visit left me in awe of the beauty and tranquility this place offers. From the moment we set out on the scenic drive, the journey itself became an adventure. The roads were flanked by playful monkeys, adding a touch of whimsy to our trip. Upon arrival at the park, we were greeted with lush greenery and a serene ambiance. The entry ticket is reasonable, and the park's rules ensure its cleanliness and preservation. Leaving plastic bottles and food items behind was a small sacrifice for the pristine surroundings. For trekking enthusiasts, this park is a paradise. Well-maintained trails invite you to explore and commune with nature. Along the way, a medicinal garden showcases various herbal plants, adding an educational element to the visit. The highlight of our visit was the watchtower, providing panoramic views of the entire park and the adjacent glistening lake. The vista was nothing short of spectacular, reminding us of nature's grandeur.

Nice place for a short trip from Hyderabad (Bachupally area), Having trekking trails, good for walking enthusiasts. The view point has nice coverage of lush green forest and Narsapur lake is adjacent to the park. Go early have a good walk and trek. Food and luggage not allowed inside and we can carry water bottles (single use plastic is also not allowed )

It's a must visit if you want to experience jungle, has uncountable birds species and lots of peacock but you have to take the longest route to see that, which totals around 8km. Be prepared to walk a lot and enjoy the trees and monkeys. Also there's a big lake outside that you can see if you take the longest route. Overall just go and make sure you have 3 hrs (ie enter before 2pm)of time at the entry.

Narsapur Forest Urban Park is huge in area and have a lush green forest. The view from the watch tower is mesmerizing. Good place to visit for a small outing. The drive is beautiful and the park is scenic. Parking space is ample. Tickets charges ₹50 per Adult and ₹20 for car parking. The cons are as below: No food allowed inside. Too many monkeys ( but they are not inside but at the gate area and outside) so drive safely. Little staff for maintenance.

A beautiful place, cut out from the Narsapur Reserve Forest range. But, unruly and loud people steal the fun out of the serene tails. You would find most of the holidays at the watch tower, which has one of the best views. If solitude, is what you are looking for, there are many farther places in the park, near the lake and the path leading beside the percolation pits, which is plain beautiful, with a myriad of butterflies and natural flora. We couldn't find any of the toilets to relieve ourself, as it was under lock and key. So, was the water dispenser, as the mirror wasn't working. All in all, come prepared to carry whatever you need on you, in a hundred pocket jacket, as funnily bags are also not allowed inside, at the cost of few miscreants and irresponsible litterers.

The best place to explore nature nearby the Hyderabad location where recently visit this place it was 800 acres of forest given information and the ticket for adults is 50 rupees, for children 25 rupees for parking 20 rupees. But management was worst only cash was available no online payments here. For trekking it was the best place in the monsoons seasons and the watch clock has an amazing view

This Narsapur Urban Forest is awesome and beautiful. Very pleasant. Out of the city peaceful and you can spend so much time here. Little bit of trekking and a watchtower is there. Very near to Hyderabad city. 50 - 60 kms. Food is not allowed inside. As so monkeys are roaming around out of this Urban Forest park. So don't carry food bags and items. It is around 800 acres of greenery. Lots of trees full of greenery.
