Very good hospital for the treatment for common people who cannot afford very expensive medical treatment. Doctors, nurses, staff, all very kind and good natured. Keep up.

Worst behavior of nurses... they used to misbehave with old patients at night even beat them sometime in female wards where there is no cctv.

My mother was admitted here. It is very cheap and good private hospital, Doctors and other nursing staff are very cooperative with pateint parties.

THE MANI KAMAL HOSPITAL IS THE BEST PRIVATE HOSPITAL IN SERAMPORE AND ADJACENT AREAS. THE PATIENTS FROM SERAMPORE AND ITS SURRENDING TOWNS AND VILLAGES COME HERE FOR VERY HIGH QUALITY TREATMENT AT VERY REASONABLE AND AFFORDABLE COST. THERE IS VERY GOOD INFRASTRUCTURE AND VARIOUS FACILITIES IN THIS HOSPITAL. I WAS SERIOUSLY ILL AND ADMITTED IN ICU FOR FIVE DAYS. THEN, I RECOVERED FROM ILLNESS AND RETURURNED HOME. THERE ARE VARIOUS TYPES OF MODERN MEDICAL EQUIPMENTS AND INSTRUMENTS HERE UNDER ONE ROOF. THERE ARE VERY GOOD DOCTORS INCLUDING DR. RATUL CHATTERJEE. THE STUFFS ARE VERY EFFICIENT, HELPFUL, POLITE AND DUTIFUL. THEY ALL AS A UNIT TRY THEIR LEVEL BEST SO THAT THE PATIENTS CAN RECOVER FROM ILLNESS AND RETURN HOME. THERE IS A GROUP OF LADIES WHO ARE THE BACKBONE OF THE MEDICAL TEAM. THEY ARE VERY EFFECIENT AND TAKE IMMEDIATE AND ADEQUATE STEP WHEN ANY PROBLEM OCCURES OF ANY PATIENT. THEY ARE VERY DEVOTEES TO THERE JOB. THEY ARE SO BUSY IN THEIR DUTY THAT THEY HAVE NOT ENOUGH TIME TO TAKE FOOD AND HAVE SLEEP. THE ENVIRONMENT IS SO GOOD IN ICU THAT I FELT LIVE I WAS AT MY HOME WITH MY SISTERS AND DAUGHTERS.

wrst Hospital , They hv top doctors but no use of it czz, they r not avlbl at the time of need .... the hospital is well maintained if you really go there someday you can see ,it's like a park ,,,a Dead park. Staff is helpful and doctors take routine rounds of each and every ward.. Food is good as per a hospital should have, but tea and utensils need upgrade!!

Probably the most bad experience ever. My dad was admitted for 3 days in general bed.They charged around 50k with out undergoing any surgery. Provided wrong diagnosis report which led to wrong treatment. RMO was not available for 24 hrs. Found unprofessionalism from nursing staff. Suggestion is to go for better hospital with better infrastructure.

Most bad nursing home I have ever seen,, they don't have doctor for emergency purpose,, just think your paitent is dying and hospital authority calls the doctor from outside of the nursing home,,,,, don't go there ever

The observations are from my own personal experience after admitting my father. In comparison to other nearby medical facilities, the fees charged here seem notably higher (just three times). Furthermore, it has come to my attention that the level of expertise among the medical staff is a concern, with a noticeable absence of highly trained doctors. Additionally, it appears that their interactions with the hospital staff lack the compassion and care expected during times of illness. Not recommended at all untill and unless it is too urgent.

The Worst hospital in west bengal.According to a broker of the hospital named as Ranjan I admitted my father there in 30th May and he died in 2nd June this year only in one and a half day.They almost killed my father by illtreating him!Their wrong treatment nearly choked my father to death and they did that willingly.I don't know why! Now I curse my fate why did I send my father there to die. Full of cheaters, they will cheat you from the beginning to the end with hospital charges and every other charges.Attendants(ayas) are the rudest i've ever seen.patient's death is like fun to them. Nurses are like blood sucking butchers over there.They can kill the patient for a little money, for bringing a little profit to the hospital!!! Money is the most important thing for them not the patient!The patient lives or dies they don't give a thing about that! To speak of the doctors they are the main culprits,the worst,they don't know even the abc of treatment specially unit 1 doctors(Dr Ratul chatterjee).They don't have the basic knowledge to understand the patient's condition by watching his emotions.They told me that my father is progressing to the better even the day before his death! Now to speak of the medical officer(Dr S. Ahmed),the most unethical person I have ever seen in my life.He doesn't know a thing about treatment moreover he cheated me from beginning to the end that my father is fine when he was at his worst.He told me that the signs of the patient crying and reacting are good!!the very next morning my father died. From outside they made my father look like that he is fine in the visiting hours by cleaning his face well,by giving him sleeping pills but inside he was at his worst. they tried to cover up the whole thing from the beginning to the end. My father died because of their illtreatment not by the cause they have written in the death certificate.There is absolutely nobody or nothing over there no facilities no nothing.Now coming to the behaviours of the security personel over there they didn't even let me in to give ventilation even when my father was breathing his last.They kind of behaved like hired goons of that hospital.No police is over there in the compound! Definitely something evil going on over there. This hospital even forcefully took our sign on the ventilation refusal paper at the time of admission & that's why we could not give my father ventilation when he needed it most. This hospital didn't even inform us when my father's condition was deteriorating. They didn't even inform us an hour before he was dying.When I reached in the visiting hour the morning he died then everything was over he had no Pulse then.I could not do anything to save him then.Maybe he died in the night but they didn't let us know.They didn't even give us the ECG report done on the time of death. we just had to believe on the medical certificate written by the same medical officer who cheated us all along. we don't even know whether we have burnt our father alive or dead. They tried their best to make profit, bring profit to the hospital even by lying and being dishonest to patient party.They didn't even hesitate once before making a crime like lying about the patient's condition and misleading the patient party instead they tried to cover up the whole thing like a crime gets covered up.They didn't try honestly to cure my father!Their cruelty,negligence, their dishonesty,illtreatment, their carelessness, their no regard for patient's life are the main reasons for my father's death.I knew that the hospital is a place to treat the weak,old,sick peoples. Now I see Manikamal Hospital is a place to torture the weak. Totally unethical buisness over there, full with unethical peoples. That small hospital has no facility of any kind.If you write hospital, it does not become hospital!How many patients are there 10 to 15!They should immediately stop playing with people's lives & health ministry should start to keep a close eye on such "hospital".I very strongly recommend not to go there.
