This was my worst experience. In the salon, Anyuta did the usual styling - washing her hair and stretching it lengthwise with a hairdryer. I really didn’t like the master! When I washed my hair, water got into my ears. Very careless and sloppy, sometimes it really hurt. She offered a keratin ampoule for 40 UAH, but I refused. When my hair was half straightened, I asked the hairstylist if she had sprayed it with thermal protection. To which they answered that thermal protection is a thing of the past, but if I had agreed to the ampoule, my hair would have been silky. Again, everything is very careless, with painful sensations. When drying with a hairdryer, the hair became tangled, since it was not pre-treated with anything, but the master did not care - with one hand with a comb, she tore out the tangled strands. The comb is very hard, I came home with a scratched scalp. BY PRICE: when I signed up for the salon, I clearly stated the length of my hair (a little beyond the shoulder blades), to which I was told: hair washing 50 UAH, styling 80 UAH. = 130 UAH. In the salon itself, the master said 150 UAH. , arguing this is long. CONCLUSION: I can’t say anything bad about other masters, since they did not serve me, but based on this situation, I can say with confidence that the owners of the salon do not monitor the qualifications of ALL their staff!!! So, I won't go to this salon again! Only if I personally know some good master.

The service was at the level of a stall, not a beauty salon, I spent more than 4 hours on the procedure, they did not offer coffee or at least water, there were no coolers with them anywhere in the room. My wishes were not asked about what result I wanted and if I had told Samane, I don't know what I would have received later.
