Food is average, too crowded, chaotic! Dirty , the soil was dangerously slippery, the serving spoons were filthy! It was just a bad experience!. Never again!

Not worth the price- foods were in bad quality, we did not even finish the 3hrs and only stayed there for an hour as We couldn't take anymore with what we saw on the buffets! Disgusting!

Mostly good food for an unbeatable price considering the quantity, in a nice interior. Half the dishes aren't labeled though, which is especially problematic for a vegetarian, and the soft drinks are lukewarm at best - why not have a tap and ice instead of using bottles?

Low quality ingredients, when there's not many people, old dishes are left (example: cold garlic bread). The staff was helpful albeit not very interested/motivated. Overall mediocre. Price is quite high for the limited time window when compared to similar restaurants.

All you can eat with a large selection of different styles of food. You don’t have to be here for a nice a romantic diner, it’s an real all you can eat restaurant and it’s designed that way. The food very good, better than all other all you can eat places I have visited. Good place for large groups.

Hechi is supposed to be a place where friends, family, or colleagues come together to share special moments. Sadly, the general atmosphere is mechanic, impersonal, and, in general, unfriendly. You are just another number that needs to get in and out as soon as your 3 hours are up. We are happy to take your money, there's the food eat and there's the door!

Decent food for an all you can eat. A bit pricy though. For the same amount, I could have gone to a normal restaurant and gotten better food.

ALLERGY WARNING If you have any allergies eating here is very difficult. The staff do not know all the ingredients used or have an understanding of how severe allergies can be and as they take your money before eatng check in advance of payment of you could go VERY HUNGRY

Food is ok to good, not excellent (sushi selection too limited) and for this price, at least wine should have been included (like Colmar?). Having to buy a card with credit just to buy alcoholic beverages is a major inconvenience, would prefer paying after having eaten (like any other place except McDonalds?). Didn't enjoy 2hr-3hr arrangement - it's impossible to enjoy everything at a leisurely pace when there is a deadline. Plenty of deadlines @ work already, when I have lunch or dinner I don't need another deadline.
