Doctor's are awesome and Johnson sir is very helpful. Insurance people too are helpful. Had a bad experience with the staff at the appointment counters. When tried booking the appointment over phone the staff said that the booking time is from 8 am to 9.30 am. Today when tried the lady said it's from 9 am in the morning. Tried since 9 am and they are not picking the call. One lady picked the call she kept the call aside. Tried again and the lady replied we do not have time. We are busy. And was talking rudely. These people should first be groomed well. Should be taught basic ethics/manners.

My brother had a severe dog bite and it was quiet serious and we had to taking to this hospital from refferal from a government doctor.. when we reached here the hospitality services were poor and the weren't even enough staffs or nurses for assisting the emergency cases. When we enquired for a doctor, they were all busy while chatting when our kid was bleeding, after a lot of running we got him into surgery and it went well and we had to wait about 4 hours to get a room, after that we got a room that's charged rupees 2500 / day which even had short circuit when we switched on the lights, the whole room looked and felt uncomfortable including the bathroom you can see it for yourself. And the Nurses, we were being disrespected at each and every point. Overall it was such an uncomfortable experience with this whole hospital. WOULD SURELY RECOMMEND YOU TO NOT SEEK TREATMENT HERE.

My son was sick at night and had taken to the causality of this hospital. I had to admit him immediately and asked for a deluxe room. They had only 1 type available and I had no other choice at the middle of the night. Rooms were unclean and unhygienic. Blood stains found on the bed sheets. Called the house keeping supervisor. Got changed immediately. Toilet was horrible. Shower was corroded. Cockroaches found at the room floors at night. Seating at the corridor was older than the hospital and paint peeled off. Raised a complaint at the manager but really don’t think it make any changes. Posting few images of the horrible stay.

Please don't go here for any scanning. I went to the hospital with my 9 months pregnant wife taking a booking @9:15 am . They called us @1:00 pm for scan ,don't even have correct system for taking in patients and no consideration for the pregnant ladies. People here drink water before scan and they are feeling very discomfort holding urine. For pregnancy related scan go to kare hospital .

This is a big building with complete anarchy. It has some senior doctors available ( I have close interaction with cath section). Nonetheless, the administration, operations and non medical staff and related facilities completely suck. Eg, you will see the slowest moving elevator in the universe here. One has to shuttle between billing counter and sections to pay bill. It's so complicated that no-one really knows where and how to proceed. At the billing counter, staff are incompetent chechi's who have no idea about the mentality of people at the hospital. Lab is situated 50m away from billing counter and you will get a surprise from the lab that you have to pay bills first ( after waiting so long in the queue just to get this info) . They are inconsiderate and impatient. Security chettans are nice and well mannered. Parking is only for few vehicles and each time I ended up parking my car in the road side, hoping that it won't be towed away. Canteen is totally unhealthy and random. You will expect that hospital bills are less for these kinda hospital but thats wrong. It's more or less equal to "better" hospitals. If one goes there, be ready to accept rude staff and reasonably good doctors.

Infrastructure its ok Good Doctors Clean And Neat atmosphere its ok Almost days this hospital is Very crowded Pay and Parking available here. Canteen Facilities. Lots of improvement needed in the areas like 1) infrastructure, 2) Phone booking center, 3) Reception 4) Pharmacy, 5) MRI scanning Centre, 6) X-Ray Center 7)Labs 8) Seating 9) Lift 10) No Free parking And so on............

The treatment is just okay. But don't go to this Hospital even if you have any insurance claim. They will not accept the insurance claims. I already have two policies but they don't accept both and say they have some internal issues with these companies. They just want to make money money money money. The minimum rating in Google is 1, else I would prefer a "Big Zero"

Should be called the elite sangh hospital, not mission. Their recruitment is directly from shakha I think. Every non medical staff from the cleaning staff to the security to the lift operator to the pharmacists are sanghis. They wear the sanghi thing around their wrist. They probably accidentally hired a sanghi manager and he snuck these other guys in. Truly terrible.

Their pharmacy keeping near expiry date medicines, especially for children, today night i bought brethonol syrup for my child, its expiry date is Dec. 2021 (which has life of 2 years).... They have to give special care for keeping fresh medcines....

got nose job done two weeks ago from plastic surgery department, am really happy about the way my nose looks now. The doc's and nurses are Very Accomadating people. They understands your needs and acts accordingly. I truly thank the team for the excellent service. Kudos to the whole team

Hospital is big but lift facility very poor will have to wait too long for getting entry to lift, if another lift is there people can easily go upward because if child specialist is sitting 4 th floor we have to take child and go through stairs for reaching there in time , nowadays everywhere going digital NFC payments, here always POS machine problem in pharmacy ,if we have not enough money in hand or account Everyone use credit card then machine problem what will we do??? Very poor service by the casualty staff.I have been visiting the casualty for the last one week for my post surgery dressing.I opted elite because of its fame and its nearby to my home.unfortunately I am utterly disappointed by the service,behaviour and temparemant of casualty staff.Barring the mass casualty days which is completely understandable,even on other days no body is there to bother about a patient who came for a dressing and waiting in casualty for hours. At the same time I highly appreciate both the attender chettans vasu and subash for thier cordial and friendly nature and expertise in dressing.

It's is a good hospital. Very good management, staff and other workers are all very good. The most important thing to mention is the workers who handle the cleaning section.Nowhere else can you see any hospital in such a clean manner. Hospital and their staff should have some medical ethics atleast to the cash given by patient. Especially the nurseing staff. They are rude to every patient and not giving proper caring to the patient according to the medical condition as well as not giving the exact updation of the patient to the relative's. When we are asking the medical condition of our patients they are behaving rude to the bystanders. Don't choose the hospital if you need some good treatment for your loved ones.

They are taking advantage of the patients.. Doctors are asking for to take all the scanning even if it is not necessary...and not even caring to diagnose the patient properly.. and yeah if you are filthy rich and don't care to spent 10k - 20k in one or two visits for a minor scratch on your skin, this is the right place for you! Bonus tip: The parking is always full and you'll be fined the police if you parked anywhere outside the hospital.

Surprisingly a neat hospital.. maintained well.. Good service. Plenty of space for seating. Reasonable billing. Emergency ward we as really rush and busy . Would definitely prefer hospitals in Thrissur.

Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and doctors were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Prince really took his time to explain my face conditions with me as well as my treatment options i.e buccal & chin implementation. I had a great visit and the doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend sushrutha plastic surgery department.

Very bad experience in OT and ICU department staffs.they people's not know how to behave others. They are think that they are only doing work anothes are no work.The nurse are shouting to bystanders and the security man. They are not responsible and reliable. But the OPD department Nurses are very humble.

This hospital is very crowded. Doctors must be very good to pull large crowds. Staff are cooperative. It is good for people on the economy budget. There are many cash counters. There were a lot of nurses and non nursing staff. A lot of people are directly and indirectly benefits in and around this hospital.

Doctor's are good but, The insurance department of this hospital is the worst. They don't take any responsibility and always makes patients pay the bill stating insurance provider did not approve the claim request. Unless we follow up regularly they will not do any work.

The hospital staff and doctors were really good and supportive. Hospital is in a prime place nearby the Thrissur junction so commuting to this place is very accessible and has options for transportation. Facilities inside the hospital are moderately fine and no complaints on them. While the only Cons I found was on the delay in the discharge process. The billing desk and other teams coordination might need to improve. Pharmacy section during crowded time is a bit hassle but otherwise they are relatively helpful and gets things done quickly.

Dr. Udayabhanu worst. very rude behaviour. This kind of behaviour i never ever met in private hospital.i just need to bring your attention elite hospital management. remain you it's democratic india.

The worst hospital I have ever seen... me and my wife met with an accident near this hospital and we had the worst treatment in our life.. only a doctor from anesthesia had some sense.. others were rude, unprofessional and mannerless. Especially their ortho jacob padikkala.. he is very unprofessional he do not even know how to talk to patient... he didn't communicate anything about my wife surgery.. when I asked he was talking very rude and didn't say a word abt surgery... I don't know what to do it is his responsibility to give directions after the surgery... very irresponsible pathetic service....

Insurance department is too bad. Not responsible for our claim. They do not claim in proper time. Room charge is too high , which is not meet with services and infrastructure. Reception dept. having so many irresponsible staffs.

This hospital in Thrissur City stands out as one of the best in the vicinity. Ample parking options, both paid and free, make it convenient for visitors. The staff is friendly and efficient, with a well-maintained reception system. The pharmacy outlet, though cozy and minimalistic, offers excellent service. Highly recommended, especially for orthopaedic and neurology needs.

Came yo visit a relative. Very less parking space, washrooms are not very clean. Hospital canteen is fairly good and not pricey.

Doctors are very good.but rooms and other fecilities are very bad. Toilet not maintained. no health faucet. Bed and pillow minimum twenty years old and very hard.

Nice hospital Radiology services are very good. Dr Prathap,Dr Shefi are exceptional in diagnosis.

I have one suggestion that the management should instruct their reception team, how to handle patients and telephonic enquiries. Atleast pick calls and give a proper answer for OP booking patients.

Mother was admitted here due to low sodium....first the doctor said it was the beginning of a stroke.Then he said figs.Anemia. Cost 25000. Till now mother's old health condition did not come back.Weak medicine and doctors..

Went few months back...while large number of people waiting in line at the ticket counter, the lady was chatting on WhatsApp along with entering details. Meanwhile will also look at the WhatsApp screen and shyly smile... Such creepy behaviour..🙄

Better than nearby hospitals. Parking always full. Check visitors timings before come to this hospital otherwise you will be stopped in the lobby.

Insurance Team is pathetic... insurance Staffs are very inefficient.. The Management has to keep an aggressive team to improve customer experience and retain back the trust.. Not recommended for those who wants to opt claim facilities..

Good Hospital. Nurses, Doctors and other supporting staffs are very helpful. Cleaning staff is always arrogant and rude. Lift facilities are not up to the mark. Canteen food makes people vomit 🤮. Had bought an idiyappam and there was a hair in it.food aslo tasteless. Complained about the pathetic condition of canteen no action was taken. Pharmacy is very good. All medicines and other equipments are available. The food waste basket of patients and bystanders in ward are kept inside the bathroom . This makes a lot of suffocation due to decaying food smell in the bathroom . It's better to opt for single rooms rather than opting for wards. Overall treatment is satisfactory. As usual private hospital characteristic everything is always over priced.
