To owner- I know you run a business to make profit but if you sell such biriyani, ur shop will get closed soon. I paid 210 bucks and it’s not about money but the biriyani I got was not even worth for 50 bucks man. Very bad !!!. No taste , no good chicken pieces. Disgusting. Wish u good luck with ur biriyani business At people- pls think not twice but thrice before u buy food from here. Not worth it.

Very cozy and clean place to stay. It's like in the centre of city and you can access almost everything from here.

I'd like to start sharing my bit of experience here at TT by saying that the Sky lounge bar on the 3rd floor provided a good cozy vibe which is indeed one of the very few good experiences available in Thrissur interms of ambience. However, the experience my friends and I had today was one of the worst ever. We had ordered a plate of pork crispy fry as we knew they serve a good variety of pork dishes. But to our dismay we received something which literally tasted like chicken and when we took it upto to the management we were welcomed with an aggressive counteract. And the manager who goes by the name Mr. Aji ( don't know if it is his actual name ) was very rude and intimidating towards us. He said the order cannot be cancelled and if you want you can have it else don't, but you will be charged for the same. Such a pathetic behaviour from one of the managers at Thrissur Towers. Never expected such a thing from one of the premium hotels in Thrissur. I urge the Senior management of TT to kindly look into this issue on priority and take action against this person who was completely unprofessional and rude towards his customers.

Pathetic customer service! Myself and four of my friends had gone to the Sky Lounge in the third floor of the Trichur Towers. We ordered a few dishes, with a serving of fried pork being one of them. We were served chicken instead, sliced in a way that resembled the pork dish. The meat wasn't fresh either. We called for the manager, Mr. Aji, who turned out to be very aggressive and arrogant, and argued that it was indeed the dish that we had ordered. In spite of repeated, polite pleas from our side, he stood by his argument, and we ended up paying a hefty sum for a dish that we didn't order, simply because we couldn't stoop down to their level. Visitors of the Trichur Towers, please be aware.

Found the place to be good to liven up your weekends, but had one really bad experience here, courtesy of the manager Aji(that's what he said). We(a group of 5) had doubts about the meat as well as the freshness of the dish he had served, naturally questioning the same. His approach was very rude in return, to say the least. In trying to prove the dish was alright, he was pretty inappropriate in the way he handled the dish that was served and gave us no option to either cancel or replace it with another dish. Customer service, my foot!

Good Ambience, Bar Manager and Staff are very helpful. Foods are best and better than any other Bars in this Town Area. Good parking facilities. Lift available and it's a Roof top bar but Not open Air. Still the lighting made feels good. Washrooms are very clean and kept good.Also they provide Watermelon cuts as complimentry Snacks.😊👍

The Hotel Thrissur Tower is a very poor and eerie hotel. It feels as if it's a haunted mansion, with no proper AC cooling and faulty bathroom fixtures. I booked it online for 2 days through the Goibibo app, and I booked the rooms after seeing the pictures provided by the hotel. However, the rooms were nothing like the pictures shown. It's an extremely unpleasant hotel. I cancelled my room within 5 minutes of entering, but they still charged me for one night. I had made a booking from August 15th, 2023 to August 17th, 2023.

Was there for a few hours only with family using the restaurant facility available in the first floor. Very nice & clean restaurant with professional staff. The lady staff at the desk was very supportive (forgot to ask her name). Will visit again, if in Thrissur.

At first site the building, location and the entrance feel bit negarive. Parking space is ok. While we enter, we saw the local bar counter. Once you enter the reception, everything change. Nice reception staff with good service. We had booked a suite room, consist 3 attached bedrooms and one big dinning area. The rooms and beds are ok Toilets are need to be repaired, due to the oldness. Room service is very good. And the suite rooms have mini bar setup. Food which is served is very good. Overall nice experiance.

Worst maintenance of the restaurant. Found cockroach in the sambar and nobody cares. Nobody will be ther in the restaurant. Never ever visit this place.

Luckily we stayed for just one night...very rude receptionist and really dirty room. Every lightswitch was sticky, the bathroom had a bad sewersmell and the hallway smelled really bad as well. Only positive thing: we had a problem with the main keyswitch, and in no time the helpful congierge fixxed it!

Average Hotel. Food is good. Old structure and no fresh feeling. Need professionals approach. Not customer centric approach. Not recommended

I have requested early check in while booking and while reaching the hotel the receptionist willfully avoiding me to give early check in. Even though rooms are available and lit of check outs were being noticed from 10.30 am we are forced to wait in the reception till 12 10. The room number 310 was given without proper cleaning. Only one towel was kept for two inmates. Phone was not working . The way the receptionist told to give room at 11 55 asked us to give assurance of early check out too. Even though we have checked out before thee scheduled time of 12 pm even at 9 30. Am we deepply condemn the acts of the receptiinist. Worst service we have received so far in any hotel.

Good hotel. The suite room wasn’t as good as the other deluxe rooms. Buffet breakfast excellent. Lot of smoke smell around rooms. Overall positive experience staying.

Place is accessible near the railway station. Vadakkunathan temple etc is nearby. Hallways and restaurant are a bit gloomy.

Gone there to have lunch. We ordered a malabar chicken biriyani and a beef biriyani. The name "malabar" was in the menu only. We didn't liked the flavour of the chicken biriyani at all. The beef biriyani was good. The pricing was good for a three star hotel. Even though we've gone there in the peak lunch hours, almost all the seats were vacant. Plenty of parking space is available.

Went to the rooftop bar. There is no real view. But the staff is good and polite. The beer is cold and the crowd is decent. Good place to chill.

Myself and friends had stayed here during Pooram, we are extremely disappointed with the service and behavior of the staff. We had booked the room almost 45 days in advance knowing that it will be crowded during Pooram. We were told that due to Pooram, it will be a per head charge and not per room and we made the full payment after finalizing the rate. The day we reached there, the management changed the entire conversation and demanded an additional 3.5K stating this was the rate agreed and they had never spoke about charging per head. This is nothing but a scam wherein they used the situation to change the rate per their wish. What was more disturbing was the behavior of the front desk person, he was very rude stating he will not let us check in unless we paid the balance money else asked us to wait for 2hrs till the manager comes to sort this out, this is pathetic behavior towards customers, there should be some courtesy in handling such situations which was completely absent. Our woes did not stop here, once we got into the room and switched on the AC, it started to flood, this is not what we expected after paying a premium amount. They have an in-house restaurant, food was average. Had chicken biryani for lunch, chicken was very salty, the morning breakfast had a good spread and was good. The only good thing is the location, just 1km from the bus stand and the railway station and they have ample parking facility. There are much better hotels around which would treat their customers with respect, definitely do not recommend this place.

Stale & Smelly Pork koorka sent via swiggy . I got my refund but it was too late to make another order. And I had to throw it away .Second experience (It happened earlier)While once dining they served cream of mushroom soup, without mushroom in it . While enquiring with the waiter he cleverly said that in place of mushroom chunks they have used mushroom paste. Well this was the first time someone was lying point blank like this. If you are out of stock then say it outright. Parotta and chapati along with pork curry were good and dining experience was good .No more online orders from me . I have informed the hotel reception about the issue as well . Hope they will check the freshness of the pork meat before cooking and send it to delivery.

Good place to stay with family and friends in Thrissur town. Parking space available. Very delicious food and decent bar too. Confectionery and mini bar available in rooms.

The hotel was nicely maintained. We had issues with the fan which was fixed immediately to our satisfaction. They were accomodative to our requests and the free breakfast was nice. Will recommend for family stay.

Thrissur tower is right at the heart of the city. I don't know about the bar and room services offered there but the restaurant inside is okayish. The long wait time for preparation of the food is common here.

A well-maintained hotel with good staff. Near to Shakthan Stand so it's easily accessible. They provided complimentary breakfast as well. Thank you for the experience, it was awesome

Hotel and rooms are good. Service is ok.They place so many items in room including nuts, cool drinks etc. But remember they are all chargeable.

That's an awesome place if you are going to make a plan for dining out. I visited most of Restaurants in Thrissur but others restaurants are not going to serve you like Trichur Tower. It serve you the best taste.

Amazing place, but bar facilities not that much good

Good choice if you are looking for is an affordable place which looks neat, with an indoor bar. But watch out for dust in the room before you book. And make sure all windows are closed coz mosquitoes might take you out for a ride 😁

The amenities provided in the hotel room are good quality, very nice and clean room, the linens are soft. Reception staff is attentive to your trivia. You would want to come here again

Rooms had smell of paint. Once that was gone by keeping window open for long comfortable stay. Food was descent. But got cold chicken nadan which I probably think was left over from buffet in morning. Its value for money. Because at this rate its fair price.

We ate veg Chinese dishes in their restaurant. The food was tasty with decent portions. Staff cordial. Good ambience. Car parking is a bit of an issue.

Very rude behaviour from the staff.. in the lounge bar the bearer( bald person) uses the words to treat other staff and some regular customers are really un-admirable ( Like m#r#, #oo#e & Ku##$). He thinks he is the owner of the bar. By paying money from our pocket & then sitting this kind of ambience is not necessary for us. A lot of options are there in Thrissur for lounge or executive Bar

Staying for the second time, the rooms are good and complimentary breakfast was good. Vegetarian dishes are tasting better than their non veg dishes.

I had lunch from there. Fish curry meals was superb. But the fish pollichath was not upto the mark. It was just below average.

Good place for family but the hotels needs to improve the quality. Room: Spacious but not so clean. The restroom had cigarette smell, the shower curtain had mold and the kettle had a lot of stains. Food: Had the complementary breakfast, it was decent.

Today we have conducted our Club FM Thrissur 15 th Anniversary at Trichur Towers . We had lunch for 75 member there .It was delicious food . In my opinion one of the greatest achievement of a hotel is to serve delicious quality food. Trust me I I'm giving rating of 5/5 for their services . Really great experience with Trichur Tower .

We didn’t stay at this property but ate at the restaurant on multiple occasions. The food was excellent, especially the Kerala fish curry, the meat and dal tadka. The service was polite and efficient. Would definitely recommend.
