and
friends
had
stayed
here
during
Pooram,
we
are
extremely
disappointed
with
the
service
and
behavior
of
the
staff.
We
had
booked
the
room
almost
45
days
in
advance
knowing
that
it
will
be
crowded
during
Pooram.
We
were
told
that
due
to
Pooram,
it
will
be
a
per
head
charge
and
not
per
room
and
we
made
the
full
payment
after
finalizing
the
rate.
The
day
we
reached
there,
the
management
changed
the
entire
conversation
and
demanded
an
additional
3.5K
stating
this
was
the
rate
agreed
and
they
had
never
spoke
about
charging
per
head.
This
is
nothing
but
a
scam
wherein
they
used
the
situation
to
change
the
rate
per
their
wish.
What
was
more
disturbing
was
the
behavior
of
the
front
desk
person,
he
was
very
rude
stating
he
will
not
let
us
check
in
unless
we
paid
the
balance
money
else
asked
us
to
wait
for
2hrs
till
the
manager
comes
to
sort
this
out,
this
is
pathetic
behavior
towards
customers,
there
should
be
some
courtesy
in
handling
such
situations
which
was
completely
absent.
Our
woes
did
not
stop
here,
once
we
got
into
the
room
and
switched
on
the
AC,
it
started
to
flood,
this
is
not
what
we
expected
after
paying
a
premium
amount.
They
have
an
in-house
restaurant,
food
was
average.
Had
chicken
biryani
for
lunch,
chicken
was
very
salty,
the
morning
breakfast
had
a
good
spread
and
was
good.
The
only
good
thing
is
the
location,
just
1km
from
the
bus
stand
and
the
railway
station
and
they
have
ample
parking
facility.
There
are
much
better
hotels
around
which
would
treat
their
customers
with
respect,
definitely
do
not
recommend
this
place.
