Worst experience. Travelling from mayiladuthurai to salem. They are changing the bus at midnight. While travelling with family and kids it is very challenging

One of the worst travels don't book any tickets if you book from myladuthurai they ask to board from somewhere else

Kindly requesting don't book a ticket in this Universal bus, firstly they will tell you that the bus delayed and will arrive one hour late, if you call after an hour, they will tell you that the bus already passed your location. Then they will block your phone number or switch off their phone. Don't waste your time like me, (Happened on 03/01/2023) in Mayavaram இந்த யுனிவர்சல் பேருந்தில் டிக்கெட் முன்பதிவு செய்ய வேண்டாம் என்று கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன், முதலில் பேருந்து தாமதமானது என்றும், ஒரு மணி நேரம் தாமதமாக வரும் என்றும், ஒரு மணி நேரம் கழித்து நீங்கள் அழைத்தால், பேருந்து ஏற்கனவே உங்கள் இருப்பிடத்தைக் கடந்துவிட்டதாகக் கூறுவார்கள். பின்னர் அவர்கள் உங்கள் தொலைபேசி எண்ணைத் தடுப்பார்கள் அல்லது அவர்களின் தொலைபேசியை அணைப்பார்கள். என்னைப் போல் நேரத்தை வீணாக்காதே. I am extremely dissatisfied with the universal bus travels. I booked tickets from Mayiladuthurai to chennai on 10.12.2023 - 11.05 PM. The consistent delays in both pickup (Picked up in boarding on 11.12.2023 - 12.45 AM) and drop-off times are highly inconvenient. Moreover, the lack of responsiveness to phone calls is unacceptable ( Called for 3 different numbers with more than 3 times) . The buses of universal travels are low maintenance level further adds to the overall dissatisfaction. Immediate improvements are needed to enhance the quality of service provided. Overall worst service and waste of money.
