This place is just so special. The room was made up so nicely and tasteful. We would have loved to spend more nights. The service lacked a bit .... cold coffee and not many other beverages available. The breakfast was good though. It's a bit away from the center but in a quiet and nice neighbourhood!

The hotel is located in a quiet area, close to the center but also far enough from the noise. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I’ve never been welcomed with greater hospitality. The room was spacious, comfortable, with an antique, gorgeous decor. We enjoyed the breakfast aswell, plenty of food(loved the option of the traditional meal - trahana). Overall a terrific experience.

This is a family built and own hotel, which is easily perceived in the love to detail, warm service and care. You simply feel home, everything is very clean, the breakfast is very tasty. But the hosts would provide or even cook if you have any preferences. For example I asked petulla, trahana (traditional dish) and çaj mali (mountain tea) and they happily prepared them for me. The hotel is pet friendly and the owners were so welcoming and even took care of my dog, while I had to attend a business meeting. It was a delight to enjoy the warmth, care, and cleanliness of this family owned business and I will very happily return as my dog, Daisy loved it too 🐶
