We had the worst experience in this hotel. Staff was really rude and unprofessional. As soon as we walked in with all of our bags in our hands and tired from the trip, the "receptionist" asked immediately for the payment and all of our ID cards. We walk in the room and the air conditioner wasn't working mind u we got the suite and it was freezing cold all the time. The owner was the rudest of them all and told us to leave if we didnt like the conditions but refused to refund us the money. Next was the breakfast (not buffet) where we got served with dirty glasses and we had to get it ourselves since the receptionist/waiter/housekeeper refused to serve us. Will be not returning ever again.

We are a familly of four and stayed here for three nights. It is a new hotel with very good infrastructure. The rooms were nicely decorated giving you a good flavour of the city itself. The breakfast was abudant and we had to make a comment to make smaller portions to reduce waste. Ask for petlla!

We stayed (couple) one night at one of the rooms in the 2nd floor. Sparkling clean Great location, near the entrance of the old baazar. Free parking included. Warm, cozy room with sound proof. Very nice decorated, large king bed, best pillows ever. Correct service Great breakfast included in the room price.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Tres Belle. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and soft bed sheets. The breakfast was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Great location(2 min from old bazaar) beautiful surrounding atmosphere. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, and hospitality was on its greatest level. Definitely i will be back again 😍

Best Hotel I have stayed so far not only in Albania but also in Europe. Great service, super warm people, crispy clean, large rooms and huge beds! The breakfast was delicious, fresh, local and organic! I loved the freshly made bread called ‘kulac’, crepes, local honey and traditional Albanian plum jam! Not to forget the local wild mountain tea and village eggs. The staff are so friendly and kind that they did breakfast for us very early one day we had to leave early! 24 hour service, quiet, and relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel like you’re at home! Rooms were air conditioned and the balcony view was great! We had such a good time, that we’re already booking to go back again.

The rooms were excellent. They were pretty big for a couple room. The hotel in general was very clean and had a good smell. I also liked the interior design of the rooms. The staff was very helpful and the guy at the reception especially is there to help you anytime. In general we had a very nice holiday there. Would recommend it to everybody

It was a wonderful experience. My sister along with our husbands stayed one night at this lovely hotel, on November 12, 2022. Service was excellent. The hotel is in the center of the city. Rooms and baths were clean and decorated nicely. Breakfast was the best we have had with a vast variety of sweet and savory delicious choices. The owner was very welcoming, polite and generous. Would definitely recommend this place to our friends and would love to come back again. Thank you!
