Be
careful
if
you
don't
like
it!
The
salon
itself
is
beautifully
done,
the
hairdresser
was
friendly,
the
products
are
great.
During
the
consultation,
including
showing
the
pictures
I
wanted,
the
hairdresser
communicated
that
the
desired
brightness
as
in
the
pictures
would
not
be
possible.
However,
what
result
would
be
possible
and
expected
was
not
communicated.
And
in
fact
the
result
was
not
satisfactory,
too
dark,
too
far
away
from
the
desired
brightness
and
only
slightly
brighter
than
the
initial
situation.
Same
thing
after
the
touch-up.
When
indicating
dissatisfaction
with
the
outcome
during
the
payment
process,
the
situation
was
handled
unprofessionally
by
the
salon
staff.
Even
after
clarifying
things
several
times,
I
was
portrayed
as
a
liar,
paraded
and
my
money
was
torn
up.
Conclusion:
I
take
it
upon
myself
to
discuss
the
expected
results
with
the
hairdresser
in
as
much
detail
as
possible.
Of
course,
this
cannot
be
said
exactly,
but
at
least
one
area
of
possibility
should
be
shown
so
that
the
customer
and
hairdresser
agree
on
the
service.
Otherwise
there
are
far
too
many
alternative
outcomes
possible
and
there
is
a
chance
that
the
customer
will
not
like
it.
This
was
missed
on
both
sides,
both
by
me
and
by
the
salon.
If
I
had
been
shown
the
expected
result,
I
would
not
have
pursued
the
treatment.
As
a
gesture
of
goodwill,
no
outstanding
balance
was
requested.
The
hairdresser's
reaction
and
handling
of
the
situation
was
unprofessional.
After
the
situation
was
presented
to
management,
the
employee's
behavior
was
not
commented
on,
even
when
asked
directly.
The
fact
that
such
behavior
towards
customers
is
not
only
not
apologized
for,
but
is
also
tolerated,
says
a
lot.
That
was
my
first
and
last
visit.
