Ihr seid fabelhaft. Einmal jährlich lass ich meine Balayage auffrischen. Für meine Haare eine Prozess von 5 Stunden! Sehr dick sehr lang. Und trotzdem, man nimmt sich Zeit, hört sich meine Wünsche und Vorstellungen an. Sagt was machbar ist und geht mit viel Liebe ans Werk. Das Ergebnis ist immer wieder fantastisch. Ich freu mich jedes Jahr auf diesen Termin und empfehle euch fleißig weiter.

I've been to Giulia, Emrah and not forgetting Meikel (salon dog) for the second time for a balayage and now a gloss refresh. I have rarely seen such good work. Giulia and Emrah do an incredibly good job. Even with my poor starting position, I was able to achieve a great result and I am more than happy. The icing on the cake of the salon is definitely Meikel - no matter how bad the day has been, Meikel helps you relax quickly and feel super comfortable with his cuddles and his super calm nature. Trotz der eigentlich Vorlaufzeit und obwohl ich Neukundin war, wurde direkt geschaut wann man einen freien Termin für mich finden könnte. Durch den Beratungstermin vor dem eigentlichen Termin wird sich für den Kunden wirklich sehr viel Zeit genommen. Es wird sehr gut auf die Wünsche eingegangen, aber auch ehrlich gesagt, was machbar ist und was nicht. Auch während des eigentlichen Termins hatte ich das Gefühl, das man sich voll und ganz auf mich als Kunde eingelassen hat. Die Atmosphäre im Salon ist wirklich sehr angenehm. Meltem und Emrah sind super nett, aber auch sehr professionell und man hat das Gefühl, dass da wirklich jemand weiß was er tut! Gut finde ich auch, dass sehr viel Wert darauf gelegt wird, dass das Haar trotz Färben/Blondieren etc. gesund bleibt bzw. wird. Mit meinem Ergebnis bin ich echt zufrieden. Ich hatte schlecht gepflegtes Naturhaar, und obwohl meine Haare blondiert worden sind, fühlen sie sich durch die Detox Behandlung viel gesünder an! Auch war es mir wichtig dass mein Look sehr natürlich bleibt und darauf wurde perfekt eingegangen. Ich freue mich schon auf die nächsten Male!

Be careful if you don't like it! The salon itself is beautifully done, the hairdresser was friendly, the products are great. During the consultation, including showing the pictures I wanted, the hairdresser communicated that the desired brightness as in the pictures would not be possible. However, what result would be possible and expected was not communicated. And in fact the result was not satisfactory, too dark, too far away from the desired brightness and only slightly brighter than the initial situation. Same thing after the touch-up. When indicating dissatisfaction with the outcome during the payment process, the situation was handled unprofessionally by the salon staff. Even after clarifying things several times, I was portrayed as a liar, paraded and my money was torn up. Conclusion: I take it upon myself to discuss the expected results with the hairdresser in as much detail as possible. Of course, this cannot be said exactly, but at least one area of ​​possibility should be shown so that the customer and hairdresser agree on the service. Otherwise there are far too many alternative outcomes possible and there is a chance that the customer will not like it. This was missed on both sides, both by me and by the salon. If I had been shown the expected result, I would not have pursued the treatment. As a gesture of goodwill, no outstanding balance was requested. The hairdresser's reaction and handling of the situation was unprofessional. After the situation was presented to management, the employee's behavior was not commented on, even when asked directly. The fact that such behavior towards customers is not only not apologized for, but is also tolerated, says a lot. That was my first and last visit.
