Amazing little town! The little market lined streets, beautiful harbour with Castle and picturesque restaurants, ancient ruins all make up this perfect town! Only gutted we couldn't have stayed longer to experience more!

Main town of Kos so you would expect it to be busy, but it wasn't crowded! You don't feel like you're caught up in any hustle and bustle. Plenty of shops, of course, and the market is an absolute must, but not overly commercial or touristy.. fabulous for herbs and spices! Views are stunning around the harbour. But the Old Town brings you enough history and tradition to make you feel as if you've gone on an adventure! People are incredibly friendly, true of the whole island though! Love the place and can't wait to go back!

Beautiful old town. With quaint shops and some lovely restaurants and bars. With lovely churches where you can light a candle. Plus, as you walk around you stumble across archaeological sites scattered around the town itself. Many of the restaurants have beautiful flowers and decoration. We found that some of the best authentic (less tourist) places to eat, were far better, far cheaper. Tooked away, up the back streets, away from the crowds.

All the attractions is close by the haven. Beautiful small stops on every corner when you take a small look around.

Pleasant town to walk around. It's very tourist focused, very little traditional places left in the shopping area but very refreshing that there is no hard sell from any business owners. They let you browse and we never had anyone push themselves on us (unlike in Bodrum, which is absolute he'll on earth). You can get a large beer for 2 euro down at the quayside, it's more expensive the further you go into the town - 4-6 euro in the town square. We went 4 times and enjoyed it, so recommend a visit.

Lovely town situated around the main square with central market. Lots of streets off the square with many bars & and restaurants, including along the harbour front where tourist boats are lit up at night. There is an ancient Agora on the outskirts of town, which is well worth a look & free to enter & not forgetting the old Plane Tree of Hippocrates.

Kos Old Town is a charming blend of history and vibrant culture. The cobblestone streets lead to delightful cafes and authentic shops, creating a picturesque atmosphere. The medieval architecture is a treat for history enthusiasts, and the warm hospitality of locals adds a special touch. A must-see location for anyone visiting Kos.

Lovely old town to look around. All the shop owners are happy to talk about their product and let you see/try jewellery. Went there a few times over the week to explore and have coffee/ice cream

A pretty little town with lots of things to see and do. The old market, the pretty flower lined streets and bars, it was beautiful. The harbour is also lovely. Highly recommend a visit if going to Kos

First time visiting Kos, lovely town. The old part of town is great for gift shopping and grabbing a bargain. Lovely places to eat near the water

Love Kos Town, visited on many occasions and never fails to impress. Sitting in a harbour front taverna, taking in refreshments whilst watching the boats arrive and depart, people watching, visiting Hippocrates tree and walking over centuries old bridges which then connect to newer, more recent buildings. Sitting in roof top tavernas to see the view out over the town is fabulous! Will continue to return to the island and Kos Town ❤❤

Nice Centre. There is one Loud annoying street you should avoid. The Rest of the City is nice to see. The mosque in the City Centre you can See in every Post Card is Broken and Not existing Any more.

Had a great day out. Ferry there and back on time and quick. Unfortunately Tuesday is a closed day for the sites. Found the best coffee shop not only did we have the best coffee and lunch there. We were there for an early morning coffee and my friend left his phone behind not sure how but he did. Well when we went back for lunch the lovely lady who was running the coffee shop was so happy to see us as she had his phone how lucky and wonderful was that. Made his day. The coffee shop was called Everest I think go try it it's fabulous

The town is situated on a lovely harbour. The old town extends back from the harbour, it has lots of restaurants and shops. Best buys are olive oil, sponges, Greek alcohol etc.
