Just came back from a 10 night stay here and absolutely loved it. The location is just amazing, walkable distance to everywhere in Kos town. The rooms were lovely, cleaned everyday. The staff were great, from reception, cleaners, bar staff, they were all top notch. My partner received a happy birthday message with a bottle of wine left in our room when we got back which was a lovely touch from them also. Thank you for a great stay, Kosta Palace.

The hotel has a great location in the heart of Kos town. The taxi from the airport takes about 30 min and costs approx 40 EUR. The nearest beach just walking distance away from the hotel. The hotel and the rooms are a bit outdated and need some renovation but the hotel and my room were very clean and tidy. The whole hotel staff is amazing friendly and helpful

Just spent 14 nights at Kosta Palace. Great location, we had a harbour side room. Staff, from cleaning, reception and breakfast room they were all very pleasant and helpful. Room cleaned every day, bed very comfortable, great sleep. Breakfast was amazing with great choice, something for everyone. Highly recommend, we would certainly stay again.

We booked this hotel for a girls’ trip in September and we were excited to experience Kos and its culture. Upon arrival, we noticed how beautiful the location was with the incredible view of the harbour at the front of the hotel and just how amazing the interior of the reception was. Therefore, we expected to hold the same standards when it came to our rooms. However, once we entered our rooms we were met with a rundown room that looked nothing like the modern apartment style that was advertised. We were expected to sleep on a small sofa that could barely fit one person on it and therefore, went to reception to complain. From there we were met with an aggressive attitude by a woman who may have been a manager working at the front desk. She made our entire trip uncomfortable as every time we went down to the reception, we were met with dirty looks and staring from this woman. After trying to explain our situation with our room we were basically told to deal with it ourselves and so swapped rooms amongst one another. Then, when I arrived to the other room I was met with a physical injury that greatly impacted my calf muscle. There was a table in our room that was most likely broken already but left in the room. As I was getting myself ready, the table collapsed right on my leg leaving a giant bruise and immense pain. Once again reception did nothing but worry about their broken table. I would not recommend coming here.

Warning....There is NO Air-conditioning during certain times of the year. Rooms are advertised with AC, but this was NOT provided during our stay. The hotel decide if its hot enough for AC, not the guest. The AC is controlled centrally, and is not controlled by the paying customer. They provided me with a fan instead !!. So in summary, no AC, but you might get a fan. Keywords Air conditioning Air con Ac Hot rooms Climate control Air-conditioning Cool air

We came in Kos for the 1st time and stayed at this hotel. It's well located, within walking distance to the old town, the castle and other places. Lots of restaurants around. The staff are all very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Our room was perfect with our little balcony facing the harbour. Perfect to see the sun rise in the morning. Our experience has been great. The buffet breakfast is great. Plenty to choose from. I definitely would stay here if I am back to Kos in the future.

Perfect location in Kos Town immediately opposite the picturesque harbour. Big rooms and very comfortable beds add to the very pleasant experience. We are here in April when the weather is cooler than the barmy temperatures expected in the summer months However, this does not detract from the Hotel Kosta Palace being an excellent base for a stay on Kos. A great breakfast is served each morning for both guests that have it included in their room rate or currently €12 for guests paying as they go (well worth it imho). An honorable mention for the staff from the management team to the cleaning staff and the restaurant team to the bar staff they are each very friendly and welcoming and always exchange pleasantries. It does help if you make the effort to use a few Greek words and phrases, as it really does brighten up their day. This is a quick week away for us but there is no doubt we have made lasting memories on this holiday. Beautiful Kos and whilst our first visit to the island, it will not be our last. Thank you Kosta Palace for a wonderful stay.

We had an apartment self catering. The accommodation was so good. The hotel is one to put on your radar as its in a great location, staff are wonderful, so friendly. Even play with the kids if they have time. Brought drinks to your table, we had nuts or crisps given to us if we drank in the hotel which was a lovely touch. Really can't recommend this hotel enough. Free safe, beds made everyday etc... usual things. Thanks Kosta Palace!

Amazing location on the harbour close to restaurants and all the attractions of Kos town. The hotel is spotlessly clean, great prices in the bar and the comfy chairs outside on the terrace are great for people watching and watching the boats. So much choice at breakfast you won't go hungry and can sit outside to eat. Would recommend to anyone to stay you won't be disappointed.

A great hotel at the best location. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel staff was very friendly and professional. The cleaning ladies were constantly cleaning the common areas and were very polite and thorough. I don't have enough words to describe the level of service provided by the breakfast staff and specifically from the supervisor Veronica. She took the time to explain to us all the authentic local delicacies and pitas. The variety and the quality of the breakfast offered, in the hotel, is unparalleled. I would highly recommend this place and I am looking forward to revisit it again.

Fabulous hotel in a great location close to town with its bustle and restaurants, shops plus bars. Also walking distance to the beach with its choice of further restaurants and bars. The staff are all happy and eager to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. Cannot fault the hotel in anyway. Great massive choices at breakfast. Thank you for making our holiday wonderful

We stayed at Kosta Palace for 5 nights, our room and bathroom were spotlessly clean our room had a balcony overlooking the harbour. Location is great only a couple of minutes walk to all the bars and restaurants. And a special mention to the staff who were all friendly polite and helpful.

Very nice, clean room. Cleaners came everyday. Booked the panorama sea view room and came with its own sun chairs on the balcony. Only drawback is that it’s very loud at night as you can hear the music from the bars.

The staffs are excellent. They are all friendly and helped us made the booking for horse riding. Staff at the breakfast also teach me how to make Greek coffee when requested. The breakfast is great. The room is outdated but they keep it very clean. We cannot asked more for the money we have paid. Its absolutely value for money. Overall a pleasant stay.

Great location, basic room, friendly!!!staff The Kosta Palace is located harbor front with great access to Kos town's many tourist attractions and restaurants. The rooms are basic with everything functioning and clean. The balcony was small but sufficed. Staff was over the top friendly and helpful. Definitely the top feature of this hotel. Fitnet ( her name!!!!) was super friendly and knowledgeable at the front desk. Fitness spoke excellent English Again , location and staff makes Kosta Palace a recommended place in Kos town to stay. Final take.....say hi to Fitnet and enjoy the town of Kos. Update.. .. .end of September. Another decent stay at this super convenient hotel with excellent staff. Fitnet is always a total pleasure 🙏 and super helpful. Recommended....AGAIN!!! ΔυχαρÎčστώ

Very friendly staff, all very helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Perfect location, close to everything you need on your holiday. Rooms were very clean. Would highly recommend staying here. Fantastic hotel

This hotel needs a major renovation (at least the rooms). It seems that only the lobby is being kept clean and tidy. The rooms are old and worn out. Definitely not a 4-star. The only good thing about the hotel was the receptionist Fitnet. She was charming and helpful.

  • 5/5 Cathy L. 1 year ago on Google
The young lady named Fitnet at the front desk is very pleasant and very helpful. She is always smiling and eager to assist you. The breakfast for 10 Euros which is a great value, is delicious with a wide variety of food. We had a wonderful stay and planning for next year. See you in 2023.

We liked the hotel very much. There was only one problem, which can be hard to deal with for your staff. Some of he younger guests were very loud during the nights. Shouting and playing music. I noticed that hotel security managed to quiet them down, but they soon started their shouting again. Perhaps some general rules for when you can have a party at the balcony would help?

Enjoyable weeks holiday at the Kosta Palace Hotel , paid the extra for the Harbour view room which was more than worth the extra. The breakfast could not be faulted , we were expecting continental but there was also cooked items, scrambled, fried and boiled eggs, baked beans , bacon , omelette plus various other cooked items. The rooms were nothing special but adequate with a fridge , kettle and safe all included in the price. The location is perfect , everything in Kos town is within walking distance and all the staff where pleasant and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely an amazing hotel, the staff are wonderful, friendly, helpful,& caring. The rooms are a little dated, but I understand the hotel is having a refurb at the end of this season. But they are definitely adequate. The only complaint I could have is there isn't enough plug sockets in our room, they could with some placing at the side of the bedside tables. The breakfast is amazing, the kitchen and waiting staff work very hard and are very welcoming. The food is replenished as soon as it runs out, the choice is fantastic, the breakfast is to die for, and if anyone says otherwise, they are being extremely picky! There is ample choice for everyone. Thank you Kosta Palace, I'll definitely be back.

Great hotel with a beautiful port view, of course you have to reserve for that port view room, before hand. Breakfast is good and it’s also included if you pay for it while you’re making your reservation, if you forget it’s only €10 per person. Location is nearby ferry (not the one carries car but people only) and it’s close to heart of the town. Rooms are clean and big enough to have comfort. Pillows are different but you may get the one you like, ask it to cleaning lady. Hotel bar is working very well and the cocktails are delicious also the coffee is not bad at all. Over all I do recommend this hotel with all its functions and spa. Workers are customer friendly. Wifi is working properly.

We are very impressed with every aspect of the Kosta Palace. It is spotlessly clean and the rooms are spacious. The view from our room looking out over the harbour is spectacular. For us the position of the hotel is perfect, close to beaches and not too far to the Old Town (I have mobility issues and I was able to walk it). Close to lots of bars and restaurants. Staff at Kosta Palace are all very friendly and courteous, nothing is too much trouble. There are a number of staff who merit a particular mention - Fitnet on reception booked our trips to Zia to see the sunset and also booked us a table at a fabulous restaurant in Zia - Ormedon, and also booked a boat trip for us, she is always smiling and a very pleasant member of staff. The barman Joel who once again was helpful, professional and nothing was too much trouble. Prior to the holiday I unfortunately damaged ligaments in my knee, so found walking a problem, so I tried the onsite spa treatment centre where I booked a number of massage sessions with Antonia, and I must say it improved my condition and mobility considerably, she is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend this hotel as a place to stay in Kos Town, and will return.

Nice lobby and views from the terrace. Pool is kept clean. Past that, I just can’t see how this is considered a 4-star hotel. The rooms are barebones. The shower is really bad, good pressure, but maybe too much pressure, my back looked like I had just got out of a cage fight with a puma. No towels to bring to the pool since they only give you 2 smaller ones for the room, so what’s going on with the that? Very hard to find your room if you’re not lucky enough to have one in the front, really was confusing at first. The breakfast isn’t free, plus it’s trash. Parking is fort come first serve on the street, nothing dedicated to the hotel. I’m definitely coming back to Kos, just not here.

Staff were all exceptionally helpful & friendly. Housekeeping kept room spotless daily. Water pressure is great via taps but very weak in shower. Electric cooker hobs hard to operate due heat control markers being faded. Same for oven, one control dial not working at all. Air conditioning did not work in bedroom, only lounge room. Extractor fan in bathroom did not work at all. In family rooms with inward view something must be done to improve lighting as it was bare and bleak, impossible to read anything.

Stayed st the Kosta Palace in june fir a week . Our stay was very good the staff are so nice especially Jose the barman . Rooms very spacious and clean. It's right in the middle of everything with lots of lovely restaurants and beach bars just round the corner. Breakfast is very good with lots of choice. It's right on the harbour with great views.

Breakfast great. Location super. Staff pleasant. We booked self catering but the facilities were poor. No microwave. No chopping boards or kitchen knives. No teatowels, washing up scourers, washing up liquid. Not good if you want to cater for a family. Very noisy at night.

Great breakfast and the staff were top notch. This hotel rates #1 on the breakfast front - l've been travelling a month and 5 hotels. I had an outside room and l found it rather noisy so maybe an inside room looking over the garden would be better. The only hotel that had tea and coffee in the room which l loved. Great location!
