Great atmosphere for early morning meal.

Ordered sausage n omelette cheese sandwich for breakfast today.. but what i got is just omelette cheese sandwich.. sausage nye xde.. been tru this kind of situation for many times before.. harap korang baiki la servis tuu..

Hate to admit,i hate the service here. Comes here multiple times, but always have problems, for example 1. Mixed order 2. Too long of waiting period 3. Not professional staffs. Latest, i ordered via mcd apps takeaway here, which is have already specifically mentioned that the 1. iced latte - no sugar, half ice, double shot. 2. Ice latte - with 2 pumps of sugar. However, to my surprise, the first order was also served with sugar, and no double shot. I went back to confront the barista, to confirm my order, and it said that it was made like the one i mentioned. When it comes to taste (i compare with the iced latte order no 2), the taste was the same, which is sweet. Means, no order without sugar right? And i did not even taste the extra shot in order no 1... came home with feeling disappointed and i contacted the mcd hq. This is not the first time it happens.

Have placed order for breakfast when the place is not crowded, however waiting for 15 minutes none of my food is serving, after I check with the staff, my paid order is not in their system. Manager was not at the place, the staff dunno what to do, when the manager appeared he just looked at me without provide any solution, I have to ask them whether u can get refund or they still can serve me the food, the lady staff just said they able to serve the food if I let them know what I have order, the manager speak less than 5 sentence, no solution given, no apology given, only the lady staff is apology.

Went there for the first time (drive thru). The service was fast eventhough lots of cars lining up. All of the orders were correct, except for apple pie. I ordered mix n match chicken with apple pie, but had been given corn pie 😅 it's ok. Just accepted it as we already reached home at that time. I also requested for salt and pepper as we ordered cheeseburgers, but none was been given in the paperbag. Cempedak McFlurry was very3 tastyyy.. love it so much. Everyday is always long queue. So you need to be patient to enjoy McD here. Overall, good service, just need to improve better. Thank you team McD WCY.

McD paling lembab. Went for a drive thru but the order process it self took 1 hour an half. what a waste of time.

Too Much Traffic Everytime Because Of Narrow Road Goin into Parking Lot At The Back or Drive Thru Mostly Due To Car Went To Drive Thru...Must Avoid During Night Time On Public Holiday-Wakaf Che Yeh Night Market.. Traffic/Parking Will Be Hell..

I am gonna give 5 star but the drive thru is suck.his food is very delicious.

Revise my review due to second time I drove thru here the same issue repeated. I have to wait about 15 to 20 minutes after payment made. They never improve the service. Could be my last time to buy here.

They even forgot to put sauce or ketchup in my order.crowded and no parking space

French fries are still tasty and salty as usual but too bad bubur nasi no longer tasty

The place are not clean especially toilet & floor

Part time/new staff ( i think as they are not wearing uniform only white tshirt) is nice and hardworking , i pick table near playground that time and clearly can see them doing their job non stop even their face showing they are tired that time, they sincerely apologize on behalf when counter service missing out my nephew happy meal..kudos! Just my disappointment during my visit (dine in) is waiting time to long, counter staff wrongly give our order, one rude customer making scene that day, self ordering machine only functioning one and hard to look for parking sadly as restaurant is big and nice many people can fit in but yeah since limited and narrow to big road people prefer drive thru 😊

i want to order nasi lemak but they said " we don't cook cause later it will be wasted

Delicious as usual..nice service but just a little bit difficult to get parking..

Ordered fillet o fish burger, spicy chicken mcdeluxe and fried chicken. The burger bun was hard but nothing else looked suspicious. Had food poisoning (vomit and diarrhoea) the next day after having McDonalds for late dinner. Authorities should check the cleanliness of this branch. Did not read the reviews especially on cleanliness before purchasing.

employees are not customer friendly, 7/7/23 staff wearing black shirts and red hijabs at 12++ in the morning, no matter how big the position is, you still have to respect customer inquiries. Terukkk

4 stars as the service is not consistent. Speed wise is acceptable and understandable. I usually go for drive-thru shopping here. I would appreciate it if they make warm greetings and friendly service a custom. Other than that, thanks to the crews for providing their services tirelessly.

The staff was friendly, good ambience, ample seating not too crowded.

I was about to enter mcd from this entrance and got stopped as this wasnt the main entrance. The person who stopped me was a grey shirt male manager. So i went in from the main door, having checked in my mysejahtera , i sat down to a seat near to this entrance. So it wrote NO ENTRY, then came a group of people, wearing no masks , but no manager stopped them. Dear MOH/KKM, please look into this matter that happened on Wednesday at 545-6.00pm.

Need to improve hygiene at this restaurant. McDonald need to frequently sanitize restaurant premise. Restroom & washing area please keep it CLEAN 🤦🏻‍♂️

Really worst. Not the first time this places. I order 2 nasi lemak and they forgot to put sambal. Not the first time they forgot to put it in. Sometimes they forget to put the chicken kr fried eggs. Last visit i order a burger set and they didn't put French fries in the set. I was rushing so do you expect me to always check? Its fast food man. Live up to your name or be a meme. If i could give negative star then i would do so. Because its not first time they giving bad services. I tried called but no answer. Good job getting 1 star.

Most recommended place to buy your foods. Really keep SOP strictly. 1 customer only allowed to be in the premises. Order and payment done through machine. Your food will be delivered to you after 15 minutes.

Hi,I wrote this review because I am happy with your staff who are beautiful and stylish wearing baju melayu & baju kurung, still smiling and happy to complete many orders, congratulations and lucky to have a good and good work team. My husband is waiting for a long order but not angry because all staff there always say sorry, my husband said as long as he bought at any mcdonald's, only here the staff always apologized, when my husband brought food in a paper bag and fell, a staff came to help re-sort the food in the paper bag and check again my order even then the staff had to serve many customers.See u again guys ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you for excellent service!!

Hi..this morning I had breakfast at Mac Donald Wakaf Che Yeh, Kota Bharu. The place and the staff service are very good. But what was disappointing was when I ate in front of the entrance there was a fast food delivery Rider (grab/panda) smoking a cigarette. There is a no -smoking poster in the dining area. Hope the management of Mac Donald Wakaf Che yeh can take action on this matter. Yours sincerely Regular customer
