Waiting for almost 1 hour just pay. Mydin please arrange your staff schedule. Worst management. Wasting my precious time.

Such an amazing hypermarket. you get everything you need with a wholesale price . The staff is very helpful, kind and Friendly. The grocery corner is so clean and well organized. There are many cashiers and variety ways for payment.

The largest mydin mall at kelantan.Spacious and have a lot parking space. Its also offers buggy ride to your car from entrance gate with every Mydin purchase. Variety of shop within the mall its cover restaurant,shoping for groceries,sport shop,clothing shop,pharmacySuitable for spending family time together.Lots of parking, but not enough on weekends. Some have to park outside. Worse if there's an event, ie book fest. Very glad its free parking. Hope that they can open rooftop parking during weekend too. It's Mydin, no need introduction. But there are other shops worth mentioning, especially for foodies. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Toilets & lifts easily accessible. There's also travelator, if lifts busy.

Good place for groceries, very competitive prices. This place is packed during school holidays and weekends. Not many people know, but if you show your receipt of purchase more than RM 30, parking charges are reduced to RM 1 from RM 2.

Very bad service. First the security very racist. They told me to pay 5 ringgit in order to keep the helmet. Because I didn't want, they left my helmet on the floor. The express counter very slow, allowing people with more than 10 items. Slow service. Very disapointed of this supermarkt.

My mom already got her second dose and fully vaccine but the guard there not allow her to get inside just because she doesn't have my sejahtera in her phone. My mom has her own card vaccine that shows she already got fully vaccine but the guard there said ' dah tak laku ni' and insist her to show her my sejahtera. My mom's mysejahtera already registered in my brother's phone so i cannot register her's in my phone. Gladly my brother just live nearby so he can come to show the mysejahtera. But what if my brother's live far away so my mother will never allow to get inside. I know the guard just do his job but the way he talk so arrogant and not friendly at all. And we will nerver lie just to het inside. Im a little bit disappointed with this matter as mydin had alwys be my favourite mall but yeah😒

Biggest Mydin in kota bharu. There is many options for Indian spices (Thircy Corner)

The whole i can say mydin is amazing place and have everything you want ...the place big and also have food stall outside which mean after tired shopping you can buy drink or ice cream 😁✌

The male staff at kaunter simpanan barang was not only not wearing his mask, and he was very rude and treat people unfairly I went there to put my things brought from other places, then he somemore asked me to leave my small bag at the counter, carry only valuable things on me Yet smiled disgustingly of causing people in trouble Meanwhile a lot of people inside there was carrying bag larger than mine Try imagine you have no pocket, and you have to carry your purse, phone, and even shopping bag, with full hand of things how can you shopping Very bad experience

A good option to get groceries. Price has gone up over the years but middle income families can still manage. However, the hypermarket's condition is getting worse. The floors are all broken and in some areas broken and slightly flooded. They just simply cover the floor with cardboard boxes. Perhaps, they're putting all the money for the new Mydin in Tunjung.
