The food was good and up to the fast food standard. The surrounding was not noisy despite there is a children play room right beside the entrance. Last time I was there (around 7.21pm), there was a lot of parking spots available and the drive thru lane was not that busy. For the surau...it was small. It's only enough to fit 4 people and there are no telekung and sejadah available. I guessed this can be looked past because only the workers use this surau daily.

cool McDonald's, has all the food and drinks like other McDonald's. this place is easily accessible to nearby important places such as Kota Bharu Airport & Universiti Malaysia Kelantan among others. over here, there are so many amenities such as drive-thru, kids' playground, wheelchair-accessible features and McCafe as well. nice staff and good food here. the place is also very cosy and comfortable to sit and eat, good place to lepak2 and study. overall, cool place and nice experience here, my go-to McDonald's whenever. should come and definitely recommended👍🏼

Celebrated my son's birthday with Party at McDonald's. A bit unorganized though i've ordered all the food earlier before i went there. But i dont blame them as it was peak season (raya holiday) and the crowd were insane. And they look like they were understaffed. Credit to all the staff for pulling it together.

Worst service. Wait for 1 hour just to know things we order are out of stock and its not 12pm yet. The order machine should be updated to what they have. Plus, theres no long queue or whatsoever at that time. They should at least notify us if they are running out of stock.

Although too crowded with customers, But need to watch the monitor closely. I HAD TO WAIT FOR 45 MINUTES FOR 3 MCFLURRY, 1 SUNDAES, 1 BLANDED LATTE. THAT'S ONLY DESSERT. IF I ORDER MAIN MENU LIKE BURGERS OR CHICKEN OR OTHER MY WAITING HOURS COULD BE 1 HOURS OR MORE. WHERE'S YOUR MOTTO 1 MINUTE SERVICE. I THINK YOU NOT IMPLEMENT NOW DAYS...

I drove through for 2 oreo mcflurry(s) and i just had to write a review. This wasn't about me but the person behind me which i happened to hear during payment at the drive-through counter. Dear God, i can't describe how rude was the employee towards the customer. The customer probably asked a few times about the spicy chicken and the employee's reply was "saya dah cakap tadi kan ayam pedas takde". Both the tone and the sentence itself are ridiculous. Is this how McDonald trains their workers? Honestly, even if you're tired or something, professionalism comes first. Happens on: 18/4, Tuesday, 20:37

One of the "few" McDonald's in Malaysia that has Excellent Customer Service - Must be from Great Training - Well Done - It surpasses BY FAR Every McD outlet in the Klang Valley that I've been too in the past 5 years !

Just another Mcd. But this one usually serve big fried chicken (ayam goreng mcd) So, dont need to worry when considering about ordering ayam.goreng right here. Selalu order Ayam goreng mcd besar sini :D. The environment is a bit unpleasent(noisy) usually too noisy on peak hours. With kids running around n making a lot of noise. Didnt suit to do work/assignment/meeting here coz too noisy😂 Selalu bising penuh budak2 lari2 n buat bising. Maybe ada yg suka je.

This McDonald's located not very far from the airport just that, you have to know how to U-turn back if you're heading back to the airport. Do not be panic ! Just like other McDonald's, they are good. Convenient - Drive Thru ✅ Around that area , there are other restaurants, shops &, hypermarket too! So don't go hungry, eat and enjoy!

Bought some big macs, of course,tak kan nk check packing buka 1-1 kan? When reached home,only buns,a couple of pickles & some veggies...no meat at all...i could see how frustrated my children were...

Kopi cair, latte milky taste only, kopi susu tak rasa kopi. Very disappointed with coffee here. Hopefully they will improvise the taste just like other mccafe outlets.

i went to mcd just because of mc chicken deluxe and my bf choose double cheese burger, we decided to buy through drive thru and that was perfectly served and fast!

There's a whole lot of McD's in Malaysia, but this one in particular I find awesome .. why ? It's as convenient as it gets, loads of parking space, fast ordering, table service, drive-thru .. and the most important bit, a surau for prayers to top it all !!! 😁

A nice place to hang out with friend, birthday celebration with loved one.. Easy access..Nearby to hypermarket and other places such as pizza hut.. most of the time it is packed with people especially during festivals, school holidays, public holidays and after 3 o'clock..

Always have to wait for 10-30mins for any meals especially ayam. And today I was asked to wait for 10mins for breakfast meals and end up 30mins still the staffs fry telur. 30mins for telur? Better ask for improvement.

Please use front door to enter as per Covid-19 SOP. Exit way for car might be blocked by those 'Q' for drive thru.

During the mco this place offered take away service where you can buy it from the counter or drive thru.. other than that, of mc delivery also provided. The workers also so friendly but most of the time lot of the menus finished early because this place is popular so grab yours now.
