One of the cashiers is so rude. She asked for member card and i said i think it couldnt be used anymore since i tried to use it before but the staff said i could not bcs i did not activate it thru online yet (not really sure). So i gave to her anyway and she literally said to my me and my mom *xboleh guna tu sbb xbawak kalau bawak tu xkan xboleh guna* while tarik muka and jeling. Omg so unprofessional.

Workers not friendly and angryly ask me to take the basket. Why don't you told me nicely.

The cashier was very rude. I understand that you want to promote certain product but it is the customer right whether to take your advice or not. To tell the customer you look fat taking this product is so disrespectful. I was very shocked hearing this behind that customer. The irony is that the cashier herself is also obese! Please watson, educate yor staff to be more considerate and kind to the customers. This attitude is just very unacceptable!

The place is okay. But the staffs are so focused on "add something behind the counter". Ive already said I need to be quick but still "still can look around while i checkout the products" there's a lot of people queuing to pay, and there are a lot of people waiting to get into the store too. Please be quicker in handling customer

Staff too slow! Please improve your service! Im queue too long and she simply allowed some customer to cut queue.. what is her problem and she ask me to go to next counter after queue too long.. after i reach to next counter after a minute waiting she simply click “CLOSED COUNTER” and its just not me about 2-3 person queue behind me! If u dont really want to work there and cant afford many customers in this holiday please resign! So annoying. I will never come to this watson aeon KB. Please mind your staff attitude watson. Thanks! 😏

would be nicer if the workers didn't try to get us to buy new skincare products or change into the new watson card. I'd like my shopping hassle-free

Worker keeps pushing me to change into new card, (the correct word is BUYING) and she is actually successful to do so by scamming me as she made believe the card is free from her twisted tongue. (Card price:RM18.80) Btw, you don't need to change into new card if you are qualified for Watsons Elite. Just use your current card. Jangan tertipu macam saya. Sekian.

Watson, an outlet that you must visit everytime you go to mall especially if you are a female. There's a wide variety of things, from cosmetic to over the counter medicine, body care and skin care, food like candy and chocolate. Good for quick window shopping. You might find what you like.
