    Honestly their room is not well maintained, came here and it smell smoke. Change rooms and its better but still. The system also not yet upgraded. Can not using android app for making playlist. karaoke remote control is outdate. but their song list is much better than competitor.

    We had a slight inconvenience with the remote control; it didn't work. A technician came without us asking. He said he figured we had a problem because after almost 2 minutes we hadn't started picking songs. It turned out that the remote control needed some new batteries. As he quickly replaced it he also gave us an extra half an hour for the trouble. Thank you...😉
