The room for karaoke is not clean. I saw a lot of ciggarete ashes behind the door. The monitor had several errors and the song collection was very narrow. The not-so-friendly cashier completed our disappointment

this place formerly an Inul Vista so the quality of equipment and services are following inul vista standard. i take for 2 hours package include 3 beverages and some meals like sandwich, fries and some fish nugget i dont know but the taste was so so.. i didnt eat much of that. it cost IDR Rp. 225,000 exclude tax (25%) its a small room i forgot to tell you guys,for 4 persons max. sound system to bit high on the treble and echo just a little bit anoyying.. i just can't find a karaoke with good equalized sound and echo...

Located at the highest level in Plaza Pondok Gede mall, just the exact location as Inul Vizta before. I asked the receptionist and she said that it is managed by totally different company. I just wanna try and I think that it has (at least) the same quality service as Inul Vizta. But I was totally disapointed, first the remote was hard to recognize on some letter, second the song collection was very narrow, third there was errors on the monitor and we had to call the staff twice to fix it, and it was completed by the not-so-friendly receptionist when we paid for the bill.
