Great new hotel (Opened September 2019) with modern and clean furnishings. Very close to Higashi-Okazaki station.

駅近で便利 綺麗で部屋の広さも快適 アメニティも自由にもっていける フリードリンクも充実(25時までと太っ腹！) 残念だったのはシャワーの水圧と音と朝食 (シャワーヘッドが借りられると書いてあるが、シャワーしてからだと借りに行くのが億劫) 音に敏感な方にはオススメしない。 廊下のエアコン？のモーター音が一晩中鳴り響き、熟睡できなかった。 朝食はセットで出されるもの+αをビュッフェ形式 光に関してはアイマスクが用意されているので問題なかった。

まず、東岡崎駅の開発が進んでおりオシャレでびっくり。このホテルはその中心に位置しておりアクセスもスムーズ、全体的に清潔感があり気分良かったです。旅行支援割引と2,000円分のチケットも頂きました。ウェルカムドリンクのコーヒーマシーン、夕食は隣のビルに複数のお店があります。総合的に良いホテルでした。

フロントの特に夜の人の接客対応が良くて、もう少し朝食内容が改善されれば完全に星5があげられるのに、ハード面良くても、ソフト面がもう少し改善ですね。ウエルカムドリンクやアルコール消毒、入浴剤など会社としてのサービスは素晴らしいが、本当にフロントの方の教育がいき届けば良いと思います。とりあえずフロントコール内容で承ったものはしっかり実行しましょう。

Good beds (always a plus). The windows are directly in front of your bed and the curtain doesn’t block all the light. Cool design choice. :/ Very unwelcoming to foreigners. Terrible policy to copy your residence card just because you are not Japanese. No reason to do this. None. There is a law in Japan that hotels must copy tourist’s passports, but not residents. They were rude when I asked why only the foreigners had to do this and not my Japanese coworkers. There are much better options that are this anti-foreigner out there. If you don’t mind being treated like your not welcome, stay here. I will never stay at another Grand Inn and I’m fairly certain they will be happy to not have to see another non-Japanese face. So it’s a win-win.

Right next to Higashi Okazaki Station with an attached sky walk, the location is very convenient. There are enough restaurants very close to the hotel and spots like okazaki castle and aeon mall are very closeby.

Excellent hotel to stay in Okazaki with good breakfast and nice location. Staff are courteous.

新装のようでお部屋はとても綺麗でした。 広さは通常のビジネスホテルといった感じです。 朝食バイキングはそこそこの感じで良いわけではないですが、部屋メインで考えれば許容できました。ありがとうございました。
