Not good! The doctor is good in his field, but the overall experience of the hospital was not fine. The staff is least caring in ICU , don't even ask the patient for water. They charge high on tests and many other things and even add extra , non existent charges in final bill. Nursing staff manipulate the bills. They make the customer buy too many medical material and then everything goes waste which is not used. They use the equipments carelessly without least bothering for the high charges a customer has to bear. Truly a private hospital whose sole motive is money extraction , the patient may remain the same as earlier.

Very poor staff. No professionalism or concept of time. Long waiting times with no clue when doctor will see you. Even if you schedule an appointment and pay advance fee, still have to wait in queue. The doctors may be best but will hardly concentrate on your case for 3-5 minutes.Will leave the diagnosis and everything else to their juniors. Better see a private practicioner.

Not a great hospital in term of care. Nursing staff is not educated enough. Doctor are good but the primary care given by staff is pathetic. On duty GM doctor 3.5/5, MD Doctor 4.5/5, ICU 3/5, ICU Staff 2/5, Nursing staff 1/5, Rooms 2.5/5, Cleaning staff 4/5. Update 1 (28/04/2022) Will not share personal details on open forum. Alternative if genuine constructive feedback is required, I am in waiting area of ICU (floor 3) for patient on bed no 6🙂

Top fraud private hospital in kota city. The nursing staff manipulate the data count fraudly in the report files. I dont know the doctors and their management is aware of such practices. No vigilant check on this matter.Also one of the ICU male staff was very rude. Only positive thing is doctors behaviour and treatment towards the patient especially Dr Rahul Arora best and humble person. But speaking about the floor nursing staff they are highly manipulative. I visited Gyan Shanti for an emergency (sciatica pain) and was seen by Dr. Arora. His medicines and diagnosis was spot on and I started getting relief within few days. Initially it was thought that I might need surgery but the weekly follow up showed significant improvement so Dr. Arora continued the medicines for few more weeks eliminating the need for the surgery.
