We stayed at serenest for 1 night in november, we were a group of 22 people including children. Its a very Nice place. Spacious rooms and have a picturesque open terrace overlooking the valley. Property is well managed and suits both family and bachelors. The staff where courteous enough to provide us extra bed and blankets. Mr Jayachndran who is the owner of the property is a gentleman and he would even go outside the rule book to comfort the guests. Last not the least the food provided by their caretaker mr kannan and his wife was just so delicious. It was so homely and tasty and most of the times the quantity was more than what we've asked for. All in all its a well managed value for money property. Go for this property with out any second thoughts if u are visiting the Nilgiris.

Good room....neat toilet.....good caretaker....the property is situated in a peacefull location....easy to reach location....dinning space available.....the property also provide food for extra charges....hot water is there almost all times...if your going with family then i prefer delex room.....the only negetive is there is no good resturants near the property.....zomato delivery is available so you can order food and eat in the dinning space

Serenest is the place we stayed which was calm and peaceful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff support was great. He never said no to anything which we asked.. We got home made foods which was very nice especially idly was too good. We had separate dining hall to have food.. The staff went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable and worth the rate. We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony view and the restroom were very neat and clean.. We highly recommend this place for anyone visiting kotagiri hills

It was a pleasure staying at Serenest property, which is 5 minutes walking from the main road. It is a nice hotel with excellent food and service. Anf also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed or weekend getaway a lot. I will definitely stay there again.

This place is a great choice to stay. The view, hospitality, the entire villa was all perfect. The rooms were very spacious and neat. Also, the structure of the entire villa is really beautiful from inside and perfect to enjoy your trip with your friends and family. The caretaker of this place was really humble and the food he cooked was delicious. He connected us to a local guide as well. Thanks.

We stayed in their Kotagiri property and it was a very nice experience. Serene , beautiful and safe approach . A very nice set up for family stay with almost every kitchen item available to make self cooking easy. I would like to visit again to this property soon .
