Another project done by Kotte Municipal council some time ago which is truly waste of public money. Even to date most of the shops in this shopping complex are still vacant, the building is poorly maintain by the Kotte Municipal council. Even though this shopping complex is still utilised they build up another shopping complex oppersite of the road.

The place has a great commercial value. However it is not properly maintained and there's lot of room for improvement in terms of infrastructure. It houses a range of shops that serves a vast range of products and services, and decent parking space available within the premises.

Good place. Enough parking space. Calm background.

The Hindu tailor is soon good in here.. yet a lethargic building with unclean toilets

Good place to shopping but it's hard to find the shops inside this shopping mall. No information counter.

There a few shops which I patronize (photocopying, printing etc.) but most of the building is underutilized and grungy looking. Great location with lots of potential, going waste.

The washroom is dirty. Escalator stairs are off.

It's a old supermarket complex in Rajagiriya junction right next to the flyover. There is P&S restaurant, Sakura Book shop, some other tea stall and small shops.

This place is pretty nice. The reason I gave this 3 stars its because the bathrooms are kind of unclean. So be prepared. And it's not that crowded. But although a cool place to get a snack or a haircut.

Just old weird big building! No clean not good looking place! Don't waste your time there

Has bookshops, watch maker, bank, printer, fqcy good store, street restaurants,. Electronic repair shops, music store etc .

Has a variety of shops. Very useful place to buy small itineries.

If you live in Rajagiriya,you may know what im saying. Most of the shops are just there. No intention of doing business 😐. Place is loosing value day by day

This is an old shoping complex within few tailor shops, a book shop and few pastry shops.. Patrking available.. But there's nothing special.. Most shops are not functioning.

It was very popular shopping complex during late 90's This is a another money wasting project of jayawardhanapura municipal council as same as janajaya city. only few stores in ground floor like PNS, book shop having daily business operations.one and only peoples bank in rajagiriya area operating in welikada plaza but it hasnt any ATM facility. Just had old school manual operations. If anyone need peoples bank atm facility nearest peoples atm situated near rajagiriya mcdonalds. Main advantage in welikada plaza is a parking space.

Within less than half a Kilo meter of Welikada Plaza, you can also find Sky Digital (Pvt) Ltd (Digital Marketing Agency in srilanka), Tradeline Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd, Ama Learners, Child Eye (Pvt) Ltd, I.L.M Noordeen Hadjiar & Co., The Appollo Holdings, Shades Fashions, BANK OF CEYLON - RAJAGIRIYA, Institute of Chemistry Ceylon, National Dangerous Drugs Control Board, Flowereign by Vishvi Weddings, Ceylon College of Physicians, Institute of Chemistry, Laabai.lk, Glow Shoes, The Plastics & Rubber Institute of Sri Lanka, Mr & Mrs Cosmetic Store, Elegance Fancy Outlet, Cargills Food City - Rajagiriya 1, Swimming Pool - President's College and many more. There are several Department stores around Welikada Plaza. Welikada Plaza, HardwareMart (Private) Limited, Welikada Plaza, and HardwareMart (Private) Limited, Welikada Plaza are some of the Department stores near Welikada Plaza.

Good place.But need better customer care. And parking space is quite ok.

One of the oldest shopping mall in Rajagiriya, maintain by the municipal council. Not in a good condition, but recently they started some sort of renovation. People’s Bank branch and lots of shops located in this building. Should improve more than this, and it’ll be more convenient for shoppers. Lots of parking available.

This place has good commercial value, but unfortunately municipal council not understand the value of the place & they have spend people's money to build it up but not having such a service for the peoples who are living around. At least municipal council guys want to make this place for a better place to peoples by providing services what are making best market here. So it's not a good place at all as of now, Hope it will be a better place in the near future :-(

Most shops closed now parking bit hassle on weekdays

The Welikada Plaza has been a part of the bustling culture of Rajagiriya for quite some time now. However it doesn't stand to the prestige and convenience that it had during the 1990's. It is run down with bad infrastructure. The vendors are quite nice and it can be a handy spot for parking during those busy days.

It is good to buy small things. You can buy books, stationery, clothes. There is a communication and also People's Bank.
