Very slow in process. There are more than enough staffs. Very bad customer service and very slow to get items. Not at all organised.

Poor service and poor customer service. I went to buy insulin 2 times and this is what happened, i paid the money by scanning the qr code and it's deducted from my account and they told me they didn't received it and told it reverse back but haven't received it back. Poor quality service. Not the first time, just one more reason to loose a customer.

Most of the medicines are available. But always crowded with custumers due to lagging of service. No sufficient number of staff. Recently they started home delivery for the same day if we order by whatsapp before 11. It is true that some of their staff are little bit rude which i faced once. But if we compare this is one of the places where we get most of our medicines. Home Delivery is good one , let them keep it for lond.
