This shop has a great variety of suits and probably the latest and distinct variety of suits . Also, the staff is well behaved . The prices are also fine (gst separately applied)

One of my friend working there at Titu shop.. With his reference i had bought many dresses and suit for this shop since 5 to 6 years.. Last month we have shop for amt 9,000 for 2 female suits and one for me. One of the female suit amt 4500 teared off just on first wear.. On complaining the shop owner denied for exchange and given time of 15 days for repair... Also friend says not to include me in this matter... Shop has vast variety of dress but customer service is zero after sale..

I would have given zero star if possible. Zero customer service. Bought 4 expensive suits each costing above 10,000 rupees. Very poor quality. Upon complaining to the store, they offered to fix the stuff. They said “ khdaayi dobara krva ke devage”and within one day we will deliver suit to your address. However, here i am waiting for my suit after 15 days. Nobody seems to care once the payment is done. Stitching service used to be very good eventhough expensive but now it is just wastage of time, money and energy.

I reached out to them for a dress that i really like but i haven't been addressed by them at all. I even tried calling but no one picked or called back EVER. I even sent them a text on instagram and whatsapp they NEVER replied to those texts. I mean no one has ignored me THIS amount before. It was the height of everything. I urgently needed the dress for the function so i went to their store. But had i known they were going to treat me with the same rude manner i wouldn't have gone there.
