We have booked two rooms at Pushpam Lord resort. On the day of arrival We were not treated properly!! We have been alloted with only one room. The other room was kept in waiting saying that we will give you in a while. We are really really disappointed and not at all satisfied with the staff Paromita Mukherjee She has not given us room after waiting for three long hours.... About the other amenities Pool access was not available to us bcos of Birthday and Anniversary celebration going on in the resort. Food was decent. The staff was not ready to take us in the buggies car saying that it is not charged. And the other moment it was seen that taking all Guest of Birthday Celebration ppl in the buggies car. We will not prefer to come to this resort ever again. They have done lot of differentiation with us . Why differentiation? Even we have paid the money? Totally Dissatisfied.MANAGER PAROMITA MUKARJEE........THE WORST N RUDE MANAGER....IRRESPONSIBLE....

We booked 20 rooms Which are quite nice property is huge But if you think coming here n enjoying you stay it wont be possible as they close there dinner by 10pm n then after there’s no room service you can’t even order anything Service is very poor and slow Even Breakfast closes by 10am So if someone is thinking for their lazy stay then obviously you should look somewhere else. Also they have golf cart but not ready to use it just excuse driver not there battry not charge

The food was amazing. The buffet is entirely Jain and the prepare non jain on request. We had booked a luxury villa. It was great but you need a car to travel from the villa to the reception/ activity area because the property is huge. Could do better on cleanliness in the villa but overall a nice experience.

Terrible hotel. No proper management at all. We booked our room in advance but when we reached they had already given it to other guests and they made us wait for an hour. After that much wait they gave us a room with newly painted walls and it was smelling so strong. Then we had to compromised the room with a lower level with no jacuzzi. It is a pure veg hotel with a good infrastructure but need to maintain it properly. Don’t go before making sure of above things.

Best weekend gateway. Excellent rooms and their services. Many amneties in the resort. Its a huge Resort and have golf cart to carry you around. They jave delicious jain food available as well.

Overall experience was Nice. When we visited some function was going on so we got an upgrade to luxury villa. The reception was far away from our villa had took our car everytime. Due to function there was a problem of power cut and loud music was playing had to suffer for half of the day. The restaurant food was awesome tasted good but only veg option is available.

It doesnt have a hotel feel.Have a big swimming pool ,worth visiting in winters,Good with if visited in group ,food restaurent service hopeless,Dont take package for food either take Ala carte,food is pure veg and tastes good,Dont end wasting money on Long weekends. Recommended for 1 night stay only

The resort is a blessing for vegetarian guests. Variety of rooms to suit everyone's needs. A fantastic family resort in Karjat with good vegetarian food. Very reasonable rates and value for money product.
