This futsal court is not maintained at all, poor maintenance. Roof is not waterproofed. u see leaking everywhere when there is a rain. Carpets are torn off and wet with very bad smell. Few lights are not working. very uncomfortable to play. Very important, no parking and not safe for the vehicles as many parts are stolen. I personally don’t recommend.

This indoor has no cleanliness. Inside, one side is flooded. It doesn't look like that from the outside. It feels like playing in the flood while playing. The light is very low. One or two bulbs are flickering. It makes the players very uncomfortable. The walls are painted with betel nut. There is a tendency to vomit when going to the toilet. so dirty The indoor smells bad. It is too high for rainy season. But they don't see it for us. Vehicles have no protection. Keeping vehicles safe is our responsibility. According to them, a player should always be on the lookout for oncoming vehicles. If by any chance any part of the vehicle is stolen, They calls it our fault. According to them we should come to play by bus. There is no generator when the power goes out. No matter how far we have come, if the electricity is cut, we have to go back to our homes. They think our cars run on water. The administration is not ready to accept any responsibility. Highly disappointed with Fairplay Futsal Arena Which is located at, 156 Sedawatta - Ambatale Rd, Peliyagoda. Not recommending any person to play here.

Had a bad experience at Fairplay Futsal Arena with damn poor service. Have ever never seen a clean less place like this before. There was nothing maintained properly to play. It doesn’t look like an indoor at all. Really Disappointed !!! Personally not going to recommend this place anymore unless this place gets maintained well.

Spacious place to play cricket or football. A little bit away from the central city and a little far away. But I can recommend it if you have transport at late hours.
