I booked a 6 Nights package with Volata, and I must say I'm very impressed with their service. First, their price for the tour package was most reasonable and within my budget. Even before the trip started, Mr. Thilan was most helpful in planning the itinerary. Next, their service was top-notch and exactly what I was promised. I was assigned a driver / guide named Dinusha who was super efficient, punctual, and very friendly. I was able to cover every single spot that I wanted to see, and there were absolutely no hiccups. Dinusha helped me navigate Sri Lanka given that I did not speak Sinhalese the local language. Whether it is shopping, beach, mountains or Safari - there's just so much to see and experience in Sri Lanka. Family trip to Srilanka for 1 week ( December 2022) Lovely family break in Srilanka with Volata! The agency planned our trip from A to Z and took in consideration our preferences. Everything was well organized and scheduled. I asked for children oriented activities for my two kids ( 8 and 5 years old) and got the best suggestions for activities. Our tour guide, Dessa, is the best! He was so kind and well versed in his job. We got such a big support from the full Volata team when I had a medical emergency and this was much appreciated. I strongly recommend them if you are looking for an enjoyable and comfortable stay in Srilanka!

One of the best fleet of vehicles these guys have! The driver is very disciplined in driving and his co-partner is very obedient, understanding, and always with a smiling face. A super recommendation from my end for the service given to us with regard to the transportation of a 41-seater balloon bus! Super comfy and has the best AC. Rarely buses maintain a good temperature but everything here was top-notch in our travel. We went to Polonnaruwa and came back to Colombo safely. Keep up the good work Volata Travels! 👏
