    Nobody cared for us when we went to the store. It was like we were non existent. Despite our looks or age they should show the customers there customers and that’s what Audi stands for. It’s the dreams that will turn into an reality one day Will report this to audi global

    Just wanted to get my imported Audi serviced from the company. They said they are not accountable on externally imported audi vehicles. If the car manufactured in the same company and I'm ready to pay for the job I don't think it doesn't matter where the car imported from. As they are the authorized agent for Audi they should be more resposible, accountable for the customers. Also the person who called from the service center was not friendly and gentle. Poor, disgusting experience and totally disappointed.

    i visited the Audi Showroom today and this caught my attention; i saw a Vehicle parked right in the middle basically blocking the road there and when i inquired the Security in the Audi Parking i was told it was the Sri Lankan Airlines Captain
