Nice place to relax your mind with your friends or family members at evening with lighting. Vehicle Parking available inside limited park and side of the road. Large number of Sandalwood trees is there and all are still growing. Water wall with lighting at night is amazing view. Suitable for play classic outdoor musicals for entertainment. Common wash room with toilets available.

Very beautiful place to spend evening with family around colombo , view of the lake , Sandalwood trees , light systems , water systems everything’s blow your mind , to enjoy the place go around after 6 pm , ample parking spaces & free entrance Went again on 13/8/23 very sad no water system and no lights system , maintain badly gone down

A good place to walk and relax. There are around 1000 sandalwood plants are planted here. The garden area is beautiful and it consists ponds and plants of many kinds. Evening lighting system of the stage area is very attractive. A little parking area is located at a side of the garden area.

It should have maintained well. Otherwise it's a lovely place that I experienced. Never knew it existed until I accidentally visited that place

A thousand sandalwood trees giving people living in urban areas a place to relax in the shade of these rare trees. Sandalwood trees have a high medicinal value and provide the perfect place for people to relax with their loved ones. If you are green lover perfect time is day time and if you want to enjoy lighting, you may visit after 7pm.

Spacious and calm place in the middle of a busy city, close to parliament. A good place for skirting or riding bicycles for kids, but no washrooms were functioning at the moment we went there, they were locked, and no one to look after the place, anyhow maintenance has been done recently, but no responsible person was there. Parking is spacious and hopefully safe. Better if there are security officers or responsible people.

Situated nearby ape gama and can access via Japan friendship road. Sri Lanka Parliament is visible on opposite of the site. Sandalwood plants are planted throughout the site. Ample car parking is available on right side of the garden

Nice calm place. I think in 5 years, when these thousands of trees fully grown, it will be an amazing place. Now also the place is very organized and clean. Not a play area but more space to relax. This place will be good to visit in the evening. In day time the environment will be hot.

A very calm and spacious place in the middle of the city. Childfriendly. People come in the evenings with children to ride bikes and enjoy the peace.

It's a nice place to visit to get some fresh air. Good for Tik Tok and Instagram users. Nothing special to see. Just a monument, with coloured lights and a water feature with no fish. Adding fish would have made it a bit more interesting. Acres of baby sandalwood trees. Does get a little crowded on public holidays and weekends. Open space for children to run or ride their scooters or skates. Parking is available.

After 5pm is the best time. Still all are plants so will take few years to become trees. Good for kids and families

Peacefull place, not much to do. I mostly go here to practice skateboarding. Good place for that. It is a sandlewood trees project of the government. Plenty of parking space available. Walking path is very suitable for skateboarding, scooters and little bicycles. Bigger adult bicycles are not allowed. Again, if you like to practice skateboarding this is an ideal peacefull space.
