I was looking for a business who could curate a nice hamper for my mother’s 70th birthday. I am definitely so glad I’ve picked Boxalate out of the 2 options I had. Their customer service is second to none in terms of responsiveness & they really listen to your requirements. Overall the whole box was beautifully customised and neatly packed with lovely card. Particularly , I was so impressed they’ve managed to customise wooden coasters just the way I wanted. Most of all they’ve turnaround all of it in 2 days time.. I should add that they had good range of products to choose from and their prices were reasonable too! Their attention to detail is superb which lacks in most of the places I’ve previously used. Overall I’m a very satisfied customer & I am sure I’ll return back and will definitely recommend to my friends and family.
