Recently
I
contacted
them
to
make
an
appointment
for
my
wedding.
I
was
informed
by
the
lady
who
answered
the
call
that
I
have
to
come
to
the
salon
to
make
the
appointment
and
pay
an
advance.
So
I
went
there
another
day
to
make
the
appointment.
I
was
told
by
a
male
employee
there
that
I
could
make
the
appointment
online
and
even
they
could
arrange
to
do
the
advance
payment
online.
So
as
I
have
realised,
I
was
misinformed
that
I
would
be
needed
at
salon
premises
to
make
the
appointment.
Anyway,
I
still
wanted
to
make
the
appointment
and
I
did
let
them
know
it.
Then
the
same
employee
told
that
Ranga
is
busy
at
the
moment
and
he
will
check
with
Ranga
and
get
back
to
me
with
the
confirmation,
via
a
call
within
the
same
day.
So
I
went
back
to
home
and
waited,
but
didn’t
receive
any
call.
I
tried
to
contact
during
the
evening,
but
no
one
answered.
I
tried
again
next
day
(I
shouldn’t
have),
and
a
lady
answered
the
call.
I
was
informed
that,
Ranga
still
didn’t
arrive
to
the
salon.
I
told
her
about
what
happened
the
day
before.
She
told
that
she
will
check
with
Ranga
and
surely
confirm
it
via
a
call
within
the
same
day
again.
Surprise
surprise,
I
didn’t
receive
any
call
again.
If
they
simply
told
me
that
they
couldn’t
make
a
reservation
for
me,
I
would
have
simply
accepted
that.
But
instead
they
kept
me
hanging
there.
It
has
been
very
disappointing.
Maybe
they
are
good
at
their
job,
but
as
per
my
personal
experience,
customer
service
is
not
up
to
the
level.
