Great variety of everything and only downside is not having good parking space and upper floors are not air conditioned well. The bakery having limited items . But coffee is really good but not the hot chocolate. You cant get cake slice only can purchase whole cake . Other that than that service and helpful staff is there.

The Credit Card Offers which they advertise say the discount is offered for Total Bill Value. But it's not true. When you go to the cashier to pay they inform you that the offer is not valid for certain products. Please don't deceive your Innocent customers!

NEVER order online from Delkanda if you are delivering for your loved ones. Disappointing experience with Glomark online delivery. This was not the first time and it was the same delivery person. I ordered through the Glomark official site to deliver some goods to my parents. This delivery person talks with such a condescending attitude as if we are in debt to him. The same at the handover too. It wasn’t a pleasant experience. I informed about this to the Delkanda Branch Manager (Kavindu) and he was like this is managed by a 3rd party. Whether it’s 3rd party or not, it’s the complete responsibility of Glomark until the goods are handed over to the recipient. Glomark management should be given proper training on what customer experience is and how they should handle customer complaints. This only happened at the Delkanda branch. Looking at the other reviews, it looks like we can’t expect much quality from this outlet anyways.

Went to order fried rice at around 2.30today and there was 2 chefs and 4staff members behind the counter but no one wanted to take order as they having their own conversations. Eventually One staff responds but it was so obvious that they don’t want to serve anything at that point. As soon as I placed my order he went inside came back in 2-3 min time and said sorry you’re order will take longer probably 20-30 min. Since there was no any other customer I ask that staff member what’s the reason for this delay and he was looking at chefs who was on their phones. At that point I’ve decided to cancel my order and leave but I’ve formally informed my experience with on of their management. Luckily Delkada-Nugegoda never out of options and never ever want to go back this place.

In the past, It had so many varieties available to purchase. But now they only have very very small selected items 🙄 yesterday I went there (17-oct-2023). I think they need to change. If you need to buy some specific items in specific brands. I think, you better go somewhere else.

Has potential to be great. But their inventory is never accurately stocked. Whether it's on PickMe or their website, expect them to call and tell you at least one item isn't in stock.

Well maintained supermarket. Now the parking facilities are available. But I visit here to get a unique experience. But I've not notice. But I've to say vegetables and fruits are very fresh. You'll understand with my photos.
