I had gone to the Kanjikuzhi store in an emergency situation. My old frame broke, and I needed a new frame, but I wanted my old lens itself. The staff quickly assessed the lens and immediately showed me new frames that fit my old lens. The frames were good, but I wanted to see some more options. Then, the staff did some awesome customer service , and they got some different frames from their Shastri Road store. Once I finalized the frame, I had new specs in a matter of a few minutes. The efficiency and expertise of the staff at both locations were really good. The whole experience was great and felt valued as a paying customer.
