    I am working in RMZ Millenia building 1C. I have used 100's of lifts, but none like the ones in 1C building. They are slow, chaotic, and the lift management software is a disaster. You call the lift, and the one that is farthest from you will arrive after an hour, inspite of an idle lift just a floor nearby. The next biggest issue is parking. There are hardly any parking slots available for cars. Nowadays there isn't enough space even for 2-wheelers. The people who manage the parking space needs some serious common sense.
